Received mine from my daughter and I love it. Especially when I want hot tea, which gets cold fast.

Only 4 months and charging plate failed !!! One of the charging prongs was stuck down very disappointed.

Extremely over priced. Terrible charger design that relies on two pins with no base support and eventually one goes down forcing you to buy a new coaster charger. Deeply flawed design and support.

My son & DIL gave me an Ember mug as a gift and I love love love it! Mine keeps my coffee at my preferred temp for a good while, and I use it every single day. I’ve had it for several months and it still works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Had my Mug 1 for about two months, and I love it. Its always a nice surprise when I take a sip, and find the coffee is still piping hot.

I thought this Mug was a great product when I first got it around Christmas time. I even purchased the lid and an extra charging dock. 5 months later though, this device will NO longer connect to any devices to control the temp. Resetting the mug to factory defaults and restarting devices (phone/tablet) does not resolve the issue. I attempted to connect to Android and Apple. Unfortunately, I do not think I will spend this much on a mug in the future.

I bought my ember 2 mug a while back and it was faulty it didn't keep its charge for another more than 15mins and it took nearly 4 hours to charge just for a 15 min use I informed them about what the faults was but that said it was over the 30 day refund but I bought the insurance for 3years I never buy from the ever again

My ember mug lasted just over one year. Support had me jumping through hoops to fix it to no avail. Then they offered me a used mug for the same price that i could buy a new one. Very disappointed. Good bye ember

The inability to get firmware and software updates are making the app unusable. The newest update won’t even allow the mug to connect to the app. As of now, I would NOT recommend this mug…

The cups are wonderful until the inside coating starts to come off. When I asked about it, was assured the pealing surface pieces are fine to consume??? Who wants to ingest more questionable materials? Not me. So sad about it too. Bought two mugs at two different times and both first discolored and then pealed after a year or so. Just in time for warranty end. As it is with most things in our throw away society.

This is one of the few products that has ACTUALLY changed my life. I’ve owned my 414ml Black Ember Mug for almost two years now, and I use it as my one and only mug—I simply can’t imagine going without it anymore. I bought the Copper one for my mum, and she takes it everywhere she goes too. Best invention ever! It’s so, so, SO comforting to enjoy every sip of my favourite tea at the perfect temperature—especially when I forget about my drink or am in the middle of my classes. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. I received two mugs (grey and black) 2 years ago as gifts from family however the grey continues to work but there’s no way to get the black to charge. What are my options ??? I’ve tried every position.

I bought a 10oz “stainless steel” mug a month ago thinking the inside of the mug would not flake off like the other ceramic mugs, but it does. This is very unacceptable for a stainless steel mug that costs more than the ceramic 14 oz mugs. I would never buy an ember mug again.

Died after just a year. It happens so why the one star? Because Ember has ignored my emails. Its one thing for a product to fail but quite another when the manufacturer not only doesn't won't fix a problem but can't even be bothered to get back to customers.

The mug is great. However, my mug is 18 months old and my 3rd charger is going out. They only seem to last 6 months. I’ve been very careful to not get it wet and careful when I set mug down. One of the base prongs keeps sinking. Poor design.

I’m embarrassed to say how many Ember mugs I own or have bought as gifts. These mugs are life-changing!

Unfortunately the pins on the charging coaster don’t last very long. My second one just broke and I refuse to pay for a 3rd. My daughter was so excited to give this to me as a gift - I’m sad she wasted her money.

My ember mug stopped working after eight months after very light use. I tried using a second charger and it still would not charge my cup. I reached out to Ember support multiple times but they have yet to reply to me. I cannot in good conscience ever recommend a company that will not honor their one year warranty or even care to reply to their customers email.

Would be great to have a coffee shop with E first of all mber mugs you could call it Linger

This is my third ember mug. One for the office, one for home and one to take with me to dinner.
