Q: Does the enfamil enspire refill how the measuring scoop

A: A scoop is included with our Enspire Refill Boxes. It is important to use a scoop from the same product you are using. During manufacturing, the scoop is placed in the container so that it's near the top when first opened. Sometimes, as the powder settles, the scoop settles down toward the bottom of the container. Please check to see if the scoop has settled to the bottom by cutting through the powder with a clean, dry utensil.

Q: Best way to transition to Similac version? Enfamil Enspire seems to always be out of stock and it has been removed from my stores instock inventory. Could I mix Enfamil Enspire and Similac 360 Total?

A: Hello, Alex! We are so sorry to hear that. We started phasing out Enfamil Enspire in the fourth quarter of 2022. We started phasing out Enfamil Enspire when we launched Enfamil Enspire Optimum. We do not recommend alternating formulas back and forth due to the adjustment period that most babies go through when the formula is changed. If your baby’s doctor has recommended that you mix formulas, we suggest you discuss this with your doctor and follow his or her instructions. If your doctor has recommended another brand of formula for your baby, we usually suggest completely switching over to the new formula. A: This package does not include the plastic storage tub with the lid. Just two refill bags. You can purchase the formula powder in the reusable tub separately, and then buy the refills; or just store these bags in an airtight Tupperware container (that's what we do).

I absolutely love this formula and so does my babygirl. After breastfeeding for a while I was unable to produce an adequate amount of milk per feeding so I was forcd to put my daughter on formula. I had the sample boxes of enfamil and began trying yo give her the regular enfamil and then the gentle ease however she was finicky when eating and often spitting up. I then tried the optimum because it said it was the closest to breastmilk and they were absolutely correct, she loves ot. She finishes her whole bottle now.

My flow was really good and the nicu nurses actually said I was an over producer, so much so I had to stop bringing milk for a minute to the nicu, but after about 2 no of breast feeding/pumping, my milk supply dropped and I couldn’t steadily keep it up no matter what I did. So we had to switch to formula and enspire optimum is the closest to breast milk and it’s been the best for her out of the other formulas we’ve tried. So to all mommies who could be struggling , I’d give this a try , it might not be your milk but it’s the next best thing ! :))

It’s been about two weeks since the transition, and so far, it’s been great… no spit-ups, colic, or any issues at all. I’m deducting one star because it contains palm oil, which has been linked to reduced calcium absorption and can be harder for babies to digest. I wish Enfamil would consider removing it to make an already solid formula even better.

Leaving the hospital I was already breastfeeding but now I had two under two that we’re breastfeeding and overall I had my hands full so I needed some back up milk initially I had Nuro pro which was good, but I wanted something as close as breast milk as possible so finding this was great and it doesn’t seem to bother my baby, I still give him gas drops here and there but overall minimal spit ups and that’s only due to trapped gas when we can’t get all his burps out but it doesn’t seem to cause him any discomfort or stomach issues I would definitely suggest this formula. Only con is they only sell a 20 ounce tub and it’s more expensive than other ones.
