Flex Beginner Menstrual Cup + Menstrual Discs - 3ct

Neither of the flex cups are the right size for me. I tried size 2 first since I have given birth twice. The suction and width was right, it was just too long and stuck out the bottom. With the flexfit guarentee they sent me size 1 to try for free but that one didn't work either. It was the right height but too skinny and it fell out as I walked around at work. Thank goodness I had a back up pad on! Hopefully in the future Flex Cup will come in more sizes since I really liked the pull tab design. I need a shorter size 2. I only used each cup one time so I also wish they had a recycling program so I didn't have to throw both cups (and my money) away.

I'm an experienced cup user and bought this to replace a DivaCup I lost. Wore it only at night, and my small size DivaCup during the day. Had massive issues with the Flex Disc as well but didn't have any issues with the FlexCup while wearing it at night.Because my DivaCup was packed in my luggage for a trip, I decided to just wear the FlexCup today. I work a very active job (utility surveyor) and almost as soon as I started moving, the cup started leaking.I am now stuck outside with a pair of destroyed pants. The cup is acting like a funnel and gushes out blood if I move a certain way. I can't take it out because I'm in the suburbs with no bathroom. Plus the mess in a public restroom would be unreal. I've got a shirt tied around my waist that I'm afraid is going to be soaked with the next onslaught!The FlexDisc also did this to me. This thing is being tossed in the trash when I get home!

I hated this menstrual cup. I am by no means a new menstrual cup user. I have been using another brand for over 7 years, but didn't like how the clear silicone of the other brand would become gross and stained. I was interested in Flexcup because it is black and wouldn't show discoloration. Flexcup is hard to insert. I tried all the folding methods and it just doesn't open up right. The pull tab is a nightmare. You pull it to release suction and all it does it make the cup spill everywhere! I could not successfully change this cup in a public restroom because of the mess and the difficulty I have inserting this cup. I'm sure it's just a me situation and other women may not have these struggles, but for me this cup just didn't work out, I'm going back to the old brand I used.

This menstrual cup was too large. Upon trying it for about 40 minutes, the best I could get was launching it out of my ahem, orifice across the bathroom, like some sort of macabre party popper. So I moved on to the disc, hoping to have a better fit. It worked like a dream, at first, until I was in the middle of my kid’s birthday party and the disc randomly emptied into my pants and then was lodged so far inside my body I had to have it removed. Capital T traumatic. 0 stars. Then the company that makes the product offered me coaching but will not send me a new size until I have tried to cram the wrong size in for 2 full cycles. Nope. Never again.

Works great, I had no leakage BUT it was not the most comfortable to remove! Will not be using again since unfortunately the removal hurts!

I've always struggled with extreme periods, so bad I have to call off work the first couple of days usually. After 20 years of awful periods, I decided to try something different and bought one of these cups. I don't have to miss days at work anymore because I'm not experiencing debilitating cramps, I was going through a super tampon every 30 minutes to an hour, now I can go a few hours without having to dump the cup. This thing has literally given me my life back... I would suggest to anyone reading this to take a leap of faith, take a couple days to get used to using it, because it's a game changer...

Life changing! I bought both saalt and flex and like to use flex a lot more because flex taking out is so much easier than saalt. Flex is not as soft as saalt and can be harder to put in than saalt.

First cup I tried and it changed my life. Loved it so much I got one for my friend too and she now says it's her favorite period product. Using a cup has gotten my period to shorten and definitely less cramps. The pull tab is awesome since I've heard one of the hardest parts about switching to a cup is releasing the suction but the pull tab makes that easy.

I decided to try out the Flex cup after being annoyed with tampons & plastic applicators. I used it for the first time yesterday and wore a liner just in case....but OMG, no leaks at all (and I had it in for 10 hours)!! Insertion was way easier than I expected (the instructions were super helpful). Removal was just a little messy (though not uncomfortable at all), but I'm positive that'll get easier with some practice. Loving the Flex cup so far!!

Pull tab feature works to remove the cup, but the hole for the pull tab through the cup does not seal well. It’s not great if you are sitting and standing all day or sitting for extended periods like in the car. It leaked horribly the first time I used flex after only 6 hours of wear. It was not full. I am very familiar and comfortable with menstrual cups, and this design lends itself to leaking. It does not create a working seal. I should’ve followed my skepticism when I opened it and realized the cup is designed with a hole in the bottom

I loved it for the first 6 months and I went to remove my cup and it tore. the string tore from the inside of the cup

I bought the Diva cup a few years ago and I just couldn't make it work because it was too big for me. But the starter size in the Flexcup with the pull tab work way better for me. It's going to take a few cycles to really nail inserting and removing the cup but once I get it in, I can't feel it. And just in the name of being honest for those who are apprehensive about the learning curve like I am, I'm also working on learning to make sure the seal is tight once it's in. But all in all, the Flexcup has shown me that it's possible to get through that learning period and be able to use a product that is going to save me money and make life easier.

I bought the flex cup because of the pull tab, only for it to rip not that long after purchase. Very disappointing.

I purchased the new Flex Reusable Menstrual Disc and it has already changed my life. I've dealt with a number of issues with this area of my body throughout the years and I have an overactive pelvic floor. Normally all period products, even cups leave me feeling very fatigued and sore after a few hours. My first use of the menstrual disc from Flex was a complete revelation. I am able to go about my entire workday and chase after my toddler son with no discomfort. I am so thankful for this product and I've already told almost every woman I know about it. I cannot recommend enough. Don't keep this in your cart - BUY IT!

After three periods with my Flex cup I'm ready to review: I'll start by saying this is my third menstrual cup. I started in 2013 with a Diva Cup, which worked for a while. Really, though, it was too big (there just weren't any other options back then!) and after years of use it was leaking all the time. I switched to a smaller cup from Aisle but it was too small, making it very difficult to remove (I always had to bear down, pretty hard). The Flex cup has been just right! I love the pull tab, it makes taking it out so much easier and I don't feel it at all when it's in. It hasn't leaked once yet, even on my heavy Day 1. It's just the right fit for me. They also included two trial menstrual discs, which I haven't used yet but plan on trying them out soon. I recommend!

At first I was really enjoying this product. It really was easy to remove and I like that it's black so I don't need to worry about discoloration. However, the pull tab broke after just a few months of using it. It didn't last nearly as long as the last cup I bought from a competitor. I'm not liking the idea of having to continually re-buy.

I’ve had the d**a cup for 7+ but could never get it to work for me. Too firm. A friend recommended the Flex Cup to me and I figured to give it a go. (Bit of background, I’m a teacher who doesn’t always get a chance to go to the bathroom when “duty calls” so having something I could wear for longer was preferred.)I tried the Flex Cup and immediately was able to insert and get it to “open up”! Like wow! It was so incredibly easy to use and so easy to remove. (I was definitely worried about the removal but with the loop, it was so easy, removed like a tampon.)If you haven’t tried flex then you are totally missing out! Just try it! Absolutely worth it!!!!

These products are absolutely brilliant! After just a couple attempts I’m popping this thing in and out like a pro. Washing and storing is nearly effortless and the improvement in my life has far surpassed just the obvious less cramping and embarrassing leaks. My skin is clearer and my moods are higher. And with a ZERO-WASTE product I can look good and feel good all while doing good! I’m never going back to anything less. P.S. The cute little storage pouch that was included...chef’s kiss! 💋

I’m an experienced cup user, and this is the only cup I have never been able to get to work. I normally insert my cup folded, pull it out slightly so the cup has popped out, and push in so that it is sealed. With this cup I can not get it to the point it is completely popped out with a proper seal due to the adjustable pull tab, I had to use pads/underwear catch the leakage. The adjustable pull tab also takes up a significant amount of space inside the cup, which means it fills up faster than your average cup. Normally I can go a full 12 hours+, but this cup was full around 8 hours. I’m concerned about how long the pull tab itself will keep a proper seal from the bottom, but I will not be using this product long enough to figure that out.
