HOW TO USE:
STEP 1: PINCH YOUR DISC
First, wash your hands. Pinch the disc in half (it may look big, but once pinched it’s about the size of a tampon).
STEP 2: GET READY TO INSERT
Take a breath and relax! Get into a comfortable position—you can try sitting on the toilet, squatting with your legs open, or standing with one leg up.
STEP 3: INSERT THE DISC
Insert the pinched disc down and back towards your tailbone as far back as it will comfortably go. Then, tuck the front rim of the disc up behind your pubic bone.
STEP 4: 12-HOUR WEAR
Experience freedom. Do everything you love to do when you're not on your period—swim, sleep, squat, study, or summit. Heavy flow? No problem. Flex Discs can self-empty when you pee. This means you'll never have to walk around with a full disc all day. After you pee or poo, use a clean finger to simply tuck the disc back into place and you're set for the remainder of your 12-hour wear.
*Please follow the full Instructions for Use within the box prior to use.
**Note: Flex Discs (one-time use discs) are conveniently disposable (like pads & tampons) and cannot be reused.
Warning: Single-use only. Flex Disc is not birth control nor does it protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Do not use if you have ever had TSS. Before using, please read instructions for use.

Fits fairly well, but I wish it was available in a smaller size. Works well enough for my two very heavy days, but I can still feel it a little bit. Still feels better than a tampon.

Love blood free no messy sheets no mess anywhere if you know what I mean, helps with the bloating so much and it says absorbency rating on this rating. I think they need to fix that. There’s no such thing as absorbency in this product. It is a menstrual disc, but we’ll just give it five anyways.
Didn’t love as much as the reusable

I tried this in may before converting to a reusable. I’m glad I tried it because I knew I loved the concept but I didn’t love the disposable discs they leaked on me. I switched to the reusable in June and after the initial learning curve got the hang of it for a big trip I had in July. On the plus side I got to give the remainder of my disposables to friends for them to try and convert them over to the reusable!
Doesn't work for me

Supper excited to try this for beach trips but it kept turning sideways after inserting. I have tried this product multiple times I wanted to love it yet you can't sleep in it, it will spill and it won't stay no matter how far I push it back and tuck it. It is almost pointless to try and wear because I need to wear a pad with it anyway since it fails so often. This product really got my hopes up:(

I got the disposable ones because I wasn’t sure about a reuseable flex disc and these are great, weird to insert at first but once you get used to it it’s a life changer. My cramps have been nonexistent and my periods are actually shorter! It’s great to not have a tampon string or have to worry about smell. I will say if you don’t change after 12 hours or if you have very heavy flow there is a risk of leakage but it depends on each person, I only had leaks the first period I tried this

I have been using period underwear for many years and love them, but they are bulky, and not ideal for vacations, or days in or around water. So I decided to try the flex disk for these occasions, as I don't think I can ever go back to tampons at this point. Inserting was easy, and I couldn't feel it at all throughout the day.. + for the flex disk. I don't generally have debilitating cramps but they're there and did not feel any less present with the flex disk in. The fact that it empties when you pee is great, but as other reviewers have mentioned, those muscles are sometimes used when doing other things (a big sneeze, a heavy lift, etc) so that can be a little scary - I would suggest having a backup the first time you try. I didn't experience that but I did wear my period underwear, just in case, and tried it on my easiest at days at work so no heavy lifting and was careful when sneezing.... Overall - it's not bad but my biggest complaint is the fact that you have to put it back in place after you pee, to avoid leaking. I drink a lot of liquids during the day so I pee, a lot, and I work in a place where I don't have access to my own bathroom, I usually have to use a public restroom. So having to put it back in place after you pee, when you can't access a sink to wash your hands in before you do it, is pretty tricky. I will keep them around in place of tampons for certain occasions but I don't think they will replace my period underwear quite yet.

When people call these a game-changer they're not lying! I'm normally a pad user and kind of afraid/uncomfortable with tampons due to the risk of TSS. I was at work and literally forgot I was on my period until I went to use the bathroom! The discs take a few uses to get used to inserting them and taking them out. I usually do all of that in the shower to avoid the mess lol That's the only reason I give it 4 stars--I wish there was a tab or something to make removal easier, but I bought these to try before committing to a reusable disc.

I have been using these for years. I will say that it does take a few uses to get acclimated. However once you switch, you will never go back to other products.

I first tried them 2023. I used Cups before but wanted to try Discs for the longest. I hate Tampons and Pads. Flex was a Game Changer for me. Currently we are in Germany and I even have them shipped here since they are not available on Base or in any local Drugstore. So worth it. My Period was usually super heavy and long. Now since using the Discs and Period Panties my Flow isn’t as heavy and long anymore. It took some Practice to get them sit comfortably but once you figure it out it’s smooth sailing.

Before trying the disposable flex disks, I've never had experience putting anything inside myself before, but after the first time putting the flex disk in, my cramps felt horrible. I tried again the next time I had my period, thinking maybe just last time it was because I was tense and inexperienced, but I had the same results with awful cramping, and use to I've never really had issues with cramping before this. I do have to say, I did feel comfortable with the fact i couldn't feel the flex disk in when it was all the way in, it was like i didnt have in the product, even walking around i couldn't feel it. *note. Cramping may not happen to all women, we all respond differently with our period products, so cramping may not worsen or you may not feel any cramps at all. So I would give it a try at least just once to see how your body responds to it, the main advice I have for you is try to stay calm and don't tense whenever you're putting it in or taking it out, I believe tensing in the process is what made me cramp. If you are like me and never had experience putting anything inside yourself, definitely watch some videos for putting in disks just to get an idea of what you need to do.
Game Changer!

Okay, so when I first discovered these I wasn't sure. I did so much research lol. The first time it hurt, not terribly just like a stretch typa hurt. But it was only the first 3 times (I genuinely think I was doing something wrong lol) but after figuring out what the easiest way to use for me was it's been smooth sailing. I have the reusable disks as well. I have heavy periods and generally I don't have to wear a liner while wearing the flex disk (sometimes leaks occur but like I said I am a heavy bleeder). I could keep going about how this is an amazing product. Highly recommend. Super convenient and clean.

My grown daughter had cramps and leaks all her life. She then tried a cup, but it was difficult to suction & place & it leaked. She loves the disc. No more cramps, and she just rinses it in the shower & puts it back in. Wish they had these when I was young!

As a black woman in my mid-40s, it’s been interesting trying new methods and using new tools for my feminine health needs... But I am thrilled to say that by stepping out of my comfort zone (in this and other areas) I discovered Flex Period Discs and there’s no way I’m going back! Ha ha.I am doing my best to share this positive message with my doctor, my family and my friends, because most women from my community have no idea that products like this are out there and available to us.

For whatever reason tampons never worked for me. I bled around them, and always had a leak without the tampon even being close to full. I tried cups also but they were uncomfortable for me personally. These discs were my last resort and it has changed the game. I was able to insert one around 12:30pm, swim, clean my house, do laundry, take care of my children, squat down, and by 7:30 I was still leak free and my usual cramping that I have on my heaviest day was nowhere in sight. Very happy.

I truly cannot feel it at all, it is a little difficult at first to insert it and be sure its behind your pubic bone, but my cramps have been so much better so far! It can be a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, SUPER EASY!!! I do recommend getting a box of gloves just for removal purposes, because it can be messy or i could even recommend removing in the shower as well.
