Basing my recent purchase on this service level there was NO question I would order another Frigidaire. My new microwave has several new features and the outside as well as interior is top quality and operates very efficiently and , I would say quieter than my previous model. Another plus was the fact that it fit perfectly in my above the stove cabinet where my previous unit was installed, and I did not have to drill or move any thing for the unit to fit, ( all the previous drilled holes fit the new unit perfectly) so the install was quick and easy for me to handle. I am looking forward to many years of service from this appliance as the quality of a Frigidaire is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave runs shockingly quiet (almost not sure it's on) yet cooks food as well as the one it replaced. Even the fan is half as loud and just as powerful as the old one and the over-range light is far and away brighter than the old one. We've only had it for a few weeks, but we're pleased. If we get the 13 years we got out of our Kenmore, we'll be thoroughly impressed.

We have a Fridgedaire over the range microwave and the door is really flimsy. The top part around the handle is cracking off. Who knows how long it will last! We have only been in our newly built home 2 years and there are only two of us at 71 and 56 years. I have never had anything like this happen with any microwave I have owned before!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we purchased our old Microwave in 2002, I did the Installation so I knew what had to be done. About the only thing common to both, was the way the vent is arranged our old one was mounted on an outside wall, so the new microwave matched up perfectly with the old vent. It would be great if manufacturers made the mounting bracket and the cabinet mounting screws in the same location as it was I had to change the bracket and drill bigger holes in the cabinet and use fender washers. The microwave works great, but like everything else it will take some getting use to.

Love my new microwave. Looks great. The interior back splash interior with the triangular pattern is awesome, compared to the plain white I had for years. Most all of my appliances are the Frigidaire gallery line which I have had for years
