Good microwave, poor reliability
This is my second one of this model in 3yrs. The first one started sparking internally (not from metal being placed in the microwave). Had to stay with the same brand/model so my cabinet and trim kit would still work. Hopefully I’ll have better luck with this new one. Got the appliance dealers extended 3yr warranty, which is a must have.

Decent replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks good, but shows fingerprints really bad, is extremely dark inside, also the buttons have to be pressed in a special way or it won't recognize the correct number.

Microwave Works Well But Appearance Could Be Bette

Personally I don't love the style with the handle as it looks cheap to me and we will be changing out this microwave that the builder put in. However, it works well and if you like the handle this would be a great microwave for you.

Great M/W but does not last long
Great microwave when it works. This is our third replacement of this model in 7 years. So durability and reliability is not so great. Similar experience with our GE Profile side by side. Finally declared un-repairable, and had to be replaced.

Wish it had the sound button, to turn off the sound, instead of the WIFI button. WHO USES THAT ANYWAY??

Bring Back Mute Option!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently replaced our 5 year old profile microwave for this updated version. We have the trim kit for this and the oven and love the way it looks. Love everything about this except the one feature I need/use is removed. What kind of microwave doesn’t have a mute function?! Bring back the mute option, please! I don’t need to hear all the loud beeping sounds!

Brand new

Short life span, lasted only 2 years
I purchased this microwave for our newly built home. It only worked for 2 years. Toward the last few weeks of 2 years it actually sparks when on and when I removed it, there was evidence of electrical burn at the fuse box area. Getting the repair man to come and troubleshoot would cost about the same as purchasing a new microwave. I do not recommend this product at all.

Looks pretty and works grea
This new microwave replaced a GE microwave that I had for 19 years. It's really pretty, sleek, and works great. The only down sides are the dark window that limits visibility to food and the dark gray interior that makes it hard to clean. I just hope this one lasts as long as the previous one.

Would not recommend!
I have now purchased two of these microwaves in a 5 year period - on both, the latch broke so we could not open the door. The first time, I thought it was a fluke and replaced it. The second time, I had a repair service out to fix it, but they could not fix it without breaking the door open. So now I'm stuck deciding whether to buy a 3rd microwave or go with a different model, which will not match the built-in GE oven below. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different brand!
