Love the same look. Installation wasn't to hard. Capacity is great. Controls easy to read. Ventilation fan is quieter. Great wattage. I Enjoy it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was a challenge but finally after some setbacks was able to finally get it in. first, the holes to drill on top did not match, then trying to get the vent into place in a tight area was extremely difficult and mounting the darn thing in its wall mount was a challenge, as it went in one side and would not go in on the other side but with some brute force finally got it. Since I have been very pleased with it. It is very quiet and love the features on it. We replaced a previous Microwave that was a GE product.

Turntable does not function well. It constantly falls off the rollers and makes noise while running.

I bought this microwave to replace an old kn ht broke down. The microwave fit perfectly in the spot and the installation was very easy. It works well, heats quickly and it is very spacious. The controls are simple and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a decent microwave, I wish the timer button was located in a different position. It is located directly under the cook time button and is easy to mistakenly hit this. The tab on the vent was off on one of the vents when received.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a JVM3160RF9SS to replace my JVM3160RF6SS which had developed a bad LED display after 4 years. Much cheaper to buy a new microwave than replace the display. The new microwave's brackets are different and takes quite a bit longer to reheat food at power 10. Other than that, it serves its purpose.

They don’t make them with racks anymore, which is disappointing. The font of the operating features is very small for someone with poor vision. The installation was more complex than expected because I have it positioned lower on the cabinets due to my being short. It cooks well and is easy to clean.
