[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this microwave about a month and we are very happy with it. It is easy to use and the accessories (fan and light) are very accessible. We like the 30 second timer by pushing the start button only once or twice for a minute of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] with out a PRINTED manual it is hard to figure out how to operate it. I've yet to get the timer to BUZZ. Can't hear it unless you are standing there and then it is just for a nano second. how much could a printed manual possibly cost???

I bought this machine 2 years ago. It's been a great machine. The controls are easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave fan which is quite loud, continues to run for up to 30 minutes after cooking is completed. There is no way to turn it off. The unit looks nice but had I known about the above issue I never what have purchased it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was somewhat concerned with replacing my old microwave with a low profile model, but needed to do so due to how low the previous one was to my range. But I've been pleasantly surprised at how much space it has in the interior, and I'm ecstatic that it solved my other space problem. It has a very sleek appearance though I'm still getting used to having to open the door in order to access most of the controls, and it does stick out further. My previous microwave allowed me to choose between 1 and 4 minutes just by pressing the corresponding button, so I could quickly start the microwave by making a single button click, and I miss that feature. Otherwise, I have been impressed with the function. The controls for the fan and light are accessible without having to open the door and have more settings than my previous microwave, so works well when I'm just using the range. I'm still getting used to my new microwave, but glad I made the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new microwave…it is the perfect size for our kitchen, we have a small kitchen and I didn’t want to put back in one of those big microwaves..I wanted something that was pleasant to the eye and worked just as great an a full size one..this microwave was the answer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the space that it frees up over the stove top, the quieter beeps, powerful 2 speed fan, 2 intensities of the light, soft touch controls, push button door open, but the wattage is lower than our older full-size unit that this one is replacing and the number keypad is behind the door so you have to enter your cook time before closing the door. However it looks great!

However, if you're on the shorter side, reaching the unit could be a challenge. I like the simplicity of it as well. I've been able to cook everything I did in a full size microwave without an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently bought this model when our old Whirlpool gave up the ghost after 18-years! Which is also one of the reasons I bought Whirlpool again. Very happy with the smaller size since you really only reheat things in a microwave, not cook meals. Allows more room above the cooktop for taller pots. It has all the features you need to do everything a large microwave does, timed cooking, making popcorn, etc. And it has a powerful exhaust fan to get rid of cooking odors from the microwave or the stove and oven.
