Got 3 years out of this microwave and out of nowhere it just stopped working. Was told not to but Samsung appliance and didnt listen. Will be switching everything out for a better brand! Very disappointed! Do better samsung!!!!!!

We moved into our new home less than 2 years ago with all new appliances, about 1 month ago the door latch broke on the inside. I just cannot believe it! I am still in shock. we have to hold it closed in order to use it smh. So sad

I bought this microwave in Dec 2022, so far the handle broke off, we fixed that and now the door latch is broken but the actual latch isn't broken its the place where the spring hooks inside the door that is broken. I love Samsung products but very disappointed in this microwave.

The display screen in our old microwave stopped working. We are very happy that the display in our Samsung is clear, and the touch pad controls are easy to use. Though we have had our Samsung for just 2 months, it has performed flawlessly...and it looks great!

Microwave just died. I had this microwave about four months in the box until we finally installed it in Jan. 2023. From the start it always made a high pitched squealing noise at the end of every cook cycle and it tripped my breaker about once a month. Since it was already installed above the range I wasn't able to send it back. In Jan of 2025 it started making a loud sputtering noise almost like a motor was going out (possibly on the turntable) I unplugged it for 24 hours and that did not help. The sound is much louder than normal and sounds "rough" like it is struggling. I keep this clean and do not spray anything in the microwave. The vents underneath are like brand new. My last microwave, a GE, lasted almost 12 years. Did I get a lemon or does this microwave have known issues?? When it cooks it still cooks evenly and fast. (so far)

Handle broke off after only a year and a half. Replacement handle is hard to find and expensive. It's almost the same price as buying a replacement microwave.
