I have a whirlpool refrigerator and I'm unable to find a replacement filter, not even on whirlpool website. Do not recommend this brand. Also, the ice maker works when it wants to.

You heard a loud metal bang when it opened and a quieter noise when it closed. Needed to have the installer return to address and he said this is a common issue.

Hopefully something simple they can correct when service tech comes out (nearly two weeks out from install date). I’m very disappointed, expected better.

But the person on other end of the phone wasn't helpful nor was anyone else. Because of this I'm not sure I will think about purchasing a whirlpool in the future.
