As a diabetic I have explored many zero sugar/ no sugar added sweets lately to help me satisfy my sweettooth without harming my bloodsugars. These might be my absolute favorite chocolate chips, I dont really make anything with chocolate chips other than add them to my pudding/yogurt for that crunch I crave when eating something creamy like that and these are so good! I absolutely love ghirardelli chocolate and love their dark chocolate bite they have, as with anything sweet tasting though eat too many in one sitting and youll get a belly ache haha. I cant wait to try and make some diabetic friendly chocolate chip cookies, because these will absolutely be my go to chips for that.

This chocolate melts extremely well and smooth in the microwave. I'm making chocolate covered pretzels with Carmel. Mimicking the candy i bought. I'm making up my own Recipes I'll let ya'll know how it turns out. So far the giardelli melts perfectly.

I was so excited to see a no added sugar option from Ghirardelli. They are absolutely delicious, but I've felt horrible since having a small amount (less than an oz). I was up the entire night with major GI upset. I just read the ingredients and wish I had before buying. I'll have to stick with Lily's sweetned with Erythirtol and Stevia. I've never had a problem them. I'm throwing the rest of the bag out as there's no way I can deal with this discomfort again. Not worth it.

I use these for my morning breakfast, which is a bowl of Greek yogurt with these, blueberries and almonds. They are delicious and you can taste the quality. They’re so hard to find. I always have to order them online. Only one single grocery store in my town has them occasionally.

It doesn't have the bitter aftertaste and the texture is just as smooth as milk chocolate. I made trail mix and cookies with the chips. None of it lasted long in my home! Would definitely recommend!

These chips are really good. If I didn't see the label I wouldn't know it was sugar free. I wanted to make cookies but we kept just eating the chips so I can't speak to how they melt or taste warm. Definitely will repurchase.

Purchased to make white chocolate pretzel rods. Instructions for melting on pkg via microwave, worked great! Just dipped pretzels in it and put on parchment paper, sprinkled with colored sugar. Came out really great, excellent texture and flavor.
