Q: Does this container hold an 8oz jar of instant coffee? Will it keep fresh?

A: Organizational junkie- The capacity of the canister is 38 fluid ounces (listed in the item set up). While the instant coffee is likely measured by ounces of weight, not volume, 8 oz of instant coffee should have no trouble fitting in this canister. The lid has a silicone seal, so has a very good seal. The seal is not tested to verify it is air tight. I hope that helps! - Brea

My only recommendation when washing them is to make sure you let the lid air dry a while since it’s wood just to keep any moisture out of whatever you store in them!

The quality of this is great , that glass is thick and durable , even without having the paper to protect it while i was on my way home they were clinking in the car due to the motion & my partner accidentally dropped the bag they were in i was sure that was the end of them i was ready to cry until we opened the bag & saw they didn’t even have a scratch on them , i love the look of them & i saw that there are more sizes i will be getting more

The review would be higher - it’s a great size, I love the mix of glass and wood. The divot in the lid is ugly and could’ve been resolved better by the design team if it’s necessary to have. But the absolutely inane label that Target has to have on this item only to cover themselves left a big, sticky residue that I cannot get off. The Target packaging team needs to do better and figure out less permanent options to label their products. The Threshold label on the bottom was no better but easier to hide than the sticky mess I’m left with on top.
