Customer service is amazing but
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Customer service is amazing but the product simply does not last. Our lid broke multiple times and did not make it through the school year. They kindly replaced each lid and even sent us a new one at one point but it still malfunctioned in a few months. I asked if there was a way to prevent the lid malfunction but did not receive guidance on that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement container and once again it broke. This is very disappointing to me as I now have had 3/4 of my large snack containers break and they are expensive. Should have saved my money and got a cheap snacks box of Amazon I guess

Sliding mechanism broke within one week of use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great size, lid is easier to get on and off than the original small snack spinner with the flip lid (that required you to twist on and off in a specific place). However, the sliding mechanism broke within one week of use and the slide now longer shuts securely. We ordered this as a pre-order when it first came out, but didn't put it to use until my daughter started kindergarten. GoBe understandably said the item was out of warranty, but some of the pre-order spinners were defective. I think this one was as well, but GoBe did not honor their commitment to make things right for pre-orders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ingenious idea. My kids love the independence and added fun of being able to “pop” the spinner to move the snacks around. Easy to take apart and clean. This spinner’s lid broke, but within 24 hours of contacting customer service they had a new lid being sent to me. We now own three spinners, one for each of our kids. I would say, children 3+ you might as well go for the large size. If you have a child that doesn’t eat a lot or is younger in age, the small works great. I can’t imagine trying to sustain my 4 year old and 2 year old (good eater) purely off of snacks in the original sized spinner. We really love this product though and I’m sure we’ll be getting another large sized one when my youngest is older!
