Q: Why are the instructions difficult. The parts does not have letters on them but the instructions do? This was way too frustrating to put together. For the price it should include the batteries.

Q: I see this can hold up to 25 lbs but is there a child height limit as well?

A: Thanks for reaching out! When using the Duet Connect Deluxe in swing mode, it does not have a height limit, just the 25 lbs weight limit. When using it in bouncer mode, the recommended maximum height is 27 inch and the weight limit is 18lbs. Hope that helps!

The swing was decent at first and seemed to work okay. However, even when placed on level ground (we double-checked!), the left back leg would lift up anytime we used the highest swing setting. A week or two in, it also started making a repetitive clicking sound that got pretty annoying. Unfortunately, just over a month into using it, the swing completely stopped working and won’t turn on at all. We even tried using a replacement cord, but no luck. Really disappointed in the quality given the price. This is my second Graco product that has stopped working less than a month.

I like this swing because it can swing in both directions and can be removed from the base to work as a stationary chair. However I think it can be better! I wish the mobile moved or rotated, I’d like of the songs/noises had better sound quality and I would like of the chair was more securely connected to the swing. You just lift it off and it comes off. Not a bad design if this is your first child but if you also have a toddler, your baby is in danger lol My almost two year old nearly removed the seat with my baby in it several times. The song isn’t made to deter toddlers so that is no fault of the product itself, but I would like if there was a button or some kind of mechanism that made it more securely attached to the swing.

Used this swing for 2 years with both my kids and it held up great. Swivels on swing so baby can face us and it comes in and out easy enough for bouncer use. I never worried about it coming off while they were in swing mode. Love the bouncer part, never worried about it flipping and very sturdy, easy to move around the house. The swing however does rock off the ground if the setting is too high! Never had an issue though with it tipping as we only use the lowest setting and it doesn’t rock then. Also the mobile doesn’t move by itself but you can take the toys off for baby to play with as they get older. Would give 5 stars if it didn’t rock, otherwise pretty great purchase.

I recently gave a one star review which they did make right. the motor had gone out and after leaving a review they emailed me right away to get it solved. it took 9 days from the review to the motor to get here and now he's back in it swinging away. he absolutely LOVES this swing! apart from the motor going out this is hands down the best swing! I would say maybe make sure you stop it all the way before getting the baby out or even just messing with him to tuck their blanket in or something idk.

It’s not a bad swing for my little one just wish the vibrations on the seat was a bit more quiet it’s very loud and I don’t like that, the button to turn on is very finicky so sometimes it works after I hit the button 4 times. I don’t like how the seat does not lock in place. I can twist him easily with no issues and it makes me nervous it’s not lock perfectly. For the price I feel it could have been better constructed.

I've had this for almost 4 months and I absolutely love it. Not issues with motor or swing too hard. I do lowest setting and it swings very slow and baby falls asleep. I love how the bouncer comes off and I can take it with me everywhere. Best invention ever.

This is the only bouncer/swing my daughter will use and that’s including 400$+ swings we’ve bought. Super happy with it. Only concern is the legs do lift up a bit on the high setting but it’s an easy fix putting it touching a wall and it doesn’t move (:

We have bought this swing twice and both times within 2 months (the first one) and 5 months (the second one), the motor dies. DO NOT BUY. Even Square Trade won't replace it. They just offered me pre-tax money back after the second failure.

We got this for my 2 month old son that is 11 pounds & it lifts off the ground even on the lowest setting . Looks like it’s gonna fall over . Not safe and wouldn’t recommend.

I like that the seat is able to be removed however it makes me nervous also that it just goes right on and right off no lock or anything, also it is quite loud for being a baby swing. Definitely wouldn’t buy again for the amount of money you pay it could definitely be structured alot better
