A: I read all the fine print on the box hoping I could find that the bags are bpa free, I did not find bpa free. I find the bags very useful and handy. I do not cook or warm in the bag. I store food only. I love the bags.

I don't know how this has such a high rating. If I put in anything big enough to stretch the top even a little, the zip breaks. Also, the plastic zip thing just slid off one of them. Maybe hefty changed the construction recently to cut on costs. But these suck.
