Over the years I must have tried every sleep/calm aid on the market from medication to melatonin. Nothing worked. While reading up on different daily vitamins, I found information on ashwagandha that said it was known to help with both anxiety and insomnia. A link led to these gummies and my first deep, restful sleep in a very long time! I hope HUM never discontinues these gummies because I don’t know what I would do without them!

I’ve been trying to follow the recommended routine by HUM, but I have missed a few days. The days when I do take these gummies, I feel like I’m able to sleep better. I’ve had a pretty stressful last few weeks, so my stress levels are insane, however looking back at how I would have handled and reacted to the events, I feel like I have been calmer when I take these. The gummies are the perfect texture, and the taste is pretty good too, without any of the added sugar bits like some gummy supplements have.

The taste is bad but the effects are so good it doesn't even matter. After taking these I had the best nights sleep I've had in years. No groggy feeling in the morning and even though I have a very high pressure job, the decent sleep makes a huge difference. I know this is a side effect that doesn't affect everyone so you'll have to see what works for you.
