So I honestly don't know how well it works if taken per the directions. Also, I think it has a weird black licorice taste. I do like that the size of the capsules is nice and small.

While I can’t tell if I’ve lost any inches around my waist nor if I lost any weight, I can totally tell my eating habits have changed.
