I've had about 6 of these over the last 10 or 12 years, I use it once a day if that. They last about 1 and a half years; 2 years max. I bought one from you a few weeks ago. It never worked up to speed and it is dead as a doornail already. The thing is I still like the unit so I hope the one on order for this week will work and last longer.

Stopped working after 2 months
It worked perfectly for about 2 months. It was only used once per day in the morning. After 2 months, the steam seeps out through the top of the machine & it doesn't brew. I contacted the email the company left in a lot of their FAQ responses on this page & receive no response. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased an IMUSA espresso maker .When I got home, I discovered the frother was defective and did not work. When I returned to the store on May 27, the manager refused my return because I no longer had the original box, despite being told by Target customer service that the item could be returned. The manager was dismissive and told me that her store had different rules. After calling customer service, I was told that individual Target stores can have their own return policies, which makes no sense for a national retailer. I then tried another Target location and was denied again. Online chat support was no help either—I was transferred and left waiting for nearly 40 minutes. I have now spent weeks trying to return a defective product and no one seems willing to help. I’m not returning it because I changed my mind; I’m trying to return an item that never worked properly. The inconsistent policies, poor communication, and lack of customer support have been extremely frustrating. I expected much better from Target.

Convenient espresso maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try this machine out, as I normally love ordering Americanos at cafes. It is very simple to use. I started off by grounding some espresso of my choice and going from there. It makes only enough for one drink at a time. I used my own small cup and used the small carafe it came with to make some milk foam as well. The frother was easy to use. I used whole milk for a thicker foam/froth. This lil machine is very handy..it took a small amount of time to make a quality drink. It saved me time in going for an Americano. Sor far no cons, however i have nit had machine for too long. I definitely would recommend trying it out. Very user friendly .

Great little coffee maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little espresso machine, especially for the price. It works very well once you get the hang of using it. It makes excellent espresso and cappuccinos, with the cappuccino being my favorite feature. The frother is very effective, and although you may need to adjust the settings occasionally, it consistently produces good-quality, foamy milk. The cup size can sometimes be a little inconsistent, but overall I've been very happy with this machine. It's also very easy to clean, which is a huge plus.

Coffee is only as good as the machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a great cup of coffee, do yourself a favor and invest in a quality machine. If you just want some weak caffeine to work it's way into your bloodstream then get this machine. Im a former 6 year Starbucks barista, and I don't understand how in good faith they can call this an espresso maker. It brews coffee for sure but the coffee is missing the signature creme of an espresso shot. Plus the configuration allows you to brew 4 "cups" of espresso at a time which is impossible because at most machines brew 2 "shots" at a time. Meaning with this thing you're brewing weaker less flavorful coffee. Now on to the steam wand. If you live in an apartment or have pets beware. The noise level on this thing is brutal and will definitely be heard by all. The frother works but barely. I mean it gets milk hot and makes some foam but if you want a dry cappuccino you're going to be steaming 4 pitchers of milk. The set up is not designed for easy filling and the potential for steam burns is very real. Watch the video. I tried to find something I liked about this machine...i couldn't.

Fabulous little espresso maker!

It does take a bit of a learning curve if you've never used an espresso maker before. I made sure to read and reread the directions (directions were very thorough and precise!). I was quite surprised how quickly the machine heated up and started making coffee. I added a bit of extra water just to be sure I also had enough to froth my milk. Coffe brewed quickly and the milk frothier was amazing! Having never used one before I have been quite impressed with the frothier itself! I'm still learning to make the perfect cup, but each one better than the last. I feel like my own personal barista! I've quite enjoyed this little maker and highly recommend it to anybody looking for a home espresso machine!

Budget friendly, efficient machine

I prefer simple functionality and that is exactly what this machine does. It came with digestible step by step instructions I followed with ease. I do think the quality of the product has room for improvements as the parts may have imperfections. However, this machine delivered two cups of espresso with ease in minutes. I would recommend if you are looking for a simple machine you may not want to invest a lot in if you do not drink espresso daily.
