However, as time goes on the elastic around the legs becomes loose and this does not protect you against accidents. It may be good if you wear pants to help hold the underwear in place however with skirts they become very ineffective

These were very absorbent and comfortable. They are made with lightweight, breathable materials that are soft and gentle on the skin. These were great for overnight protection and did not leak. A very comparable and affordable alternative to many other brands on the market.

These are so itchy in the elastic waistband area..they didn’t leak at least but I don’t recommend for long term use. I used them for 5+ weeks just buy Frida disposable undies and loads of long pads lol

I found this product to be very comfortable and durable. As far as breathability, they do not make me hot at all or cool. They just felt like regular underwear. This isn't something I would wear full-time by any means at this point in my life, but they did seem to work for my periodic incontinence.

The material fits like a real underwear especially the stretchy part, it is not itchy. It feels soft and the pad is absorbent and do not leak. It is also durable and does not fall apart. The material is breathable and does not irritate my skin. The best part is the color, it’s like nude/ skin color, it is very discreet and does not show on clothes.

If you have wider hips, it could ride up and cause leakage. They are pretty comfortable and didn't cause much overheating/sweating. Generally worth trying if all other options have failed ya.

The adhesive that connects the padding to the underwear comes apart and sticks to your leg- feels like you’re ripping skin off. The padding also clumps in the center making it very uncomfortable for longer wear.

This protective underwear is very comfortable and non-binding but the most important aspect of this product is its absorbency and lack of leakage. Other brands have not held their absorbency and leaked out the sides and that was distressing to my mother. This underwear has not leaked once and she has been using them every night for a month. A Large size fits her well as she has a 38 inch waist. This is our product of choice now for nighttime wear.
