Love the ceramic barrel. It’s isn’t too tight and hair glides through smoothly. You can choose from 3 temps and the lowest setting is perfect for what I need. The color and price are amazing too!

This hair curling iron works great!

I previously had a conair curling iron that I absolutely loved, but sadly after nearly a decade of use, it fell apart. I figured I could find a similar replacement, but this curling iron is straight up trash. Extremely short barrel that is coated in rough material… you’ll be tugging on your hair as you pull it through. The heat settings dial is too close to where your hand is, so I’m constantly accidentally changing the heat settings. Save your time and money… buy something else.

I have this in a larger barrel, so I knew it would work. I really like the Turbo option. This is a great curling iron.

I had the old version of this curling iron that lasted me YEARS. I bought this in June and it broke en of August. Do not recommend

The reviews are true. This curling iron is no good. Makes your hair smell burnt, hair gets caught in hinges and doesn’t hold a curl. I was really hoping it would be good l, but total waste of money!

My hair gets stuck in the screws and hinges of the clamp. No matter how neatly I comb a section and try to keep it away from the hinges, it almost always gets caught.

I really like the look and smoothness of this iron, but I noticed it did not seem to curl as quickly or be as hot as the last one I had (and I used that one forever). Otherwise it’s a very pretty and easy-to-hold iron! It definitely works, but it just didn’t seem to curl as prominently as much as the other one. The curls seemed bigger & rounder than more defined. Maybe it’s something on my part or maybe too many styling aids in my hair. Target refunded it without having me take it back, which was very nice. It definitely wasn’t defective. I just noticed that it didn’t curl as significantly as the last one I had did. I do love the matching hairdryer that goes with it and it has lasted forever!

It’s smells so bad when you curl your hair smells like burnt hair no matter what level will you put it on? It’s terrible.

This would be a really nice curling iron... if the button placement and style wasn't so ruinously bad. It is nearly impossible to use this without constantly accidentally turning it off. Pros: The barrel is smooth; my hair is fine, breaks easily, and gets caught in styling appliances with impressive ease, but I had no problems with pulling, snagging, or the like. It has a good weight in hand — it doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. It would honestly be a joy to use, except: Cons: The freaking BUTTONS... ugh. Whoever designed this was either very bad at their job or diabolically malicious. The buttons are *very* easy to press, there is no lock, and they are positioned in such a way that it is impossible to hold the iron without accidentally pushing them. The best way to avoid this is to hold the iron by the very end of the handle, close to the cord... but this position is uncomfortable, unbalanced, unwieldy, and didn't even entirely prevent me from accidentally pressing the buttons as i wound my hair around the iron. I wish there was a lock. That simple addition would make this otherwise well-made tool an absolute keeper... but as it is, it's not worth the fiddliness and extra time it takes to manage this defective design. I'll be returning it.

Worked well for 5 months then stopped working. All other irons I’ve ever had have worked well over 10-15 years. Can’t return it.

Cooling tip is too small, handle is too short causing to power off when curling.

This curling iron gets the job done but is super lightweight and feels cheap - but more annoyingly, you can’t really maneuver it or hold the wand without the heat volume spinning beneath your thumb so I’m constantly having to readjust it.

Does not hold curl no matter what I do. My friend the same one and returned it for the same reason. Looks pretty but genuinely doesn’t work

Not good at all. the white handle gets lost on white bathroom counter. grabed wrong end and burnt hand. did not curl or grab hair nicely. i like the 1 1/4 conair. better material.

I love this curling iron but have a question. I’ve read the instructions but don’t see what the reason is for two power buttons. I’m wondering because I will be taking it to the UK and want it to perform as well there. Why are there two?
