This innovative oversized seat with adjustable recline rotates 180 degrees to give you a better view of your little one. Third party safety tested and approved. Frame features wheels and an easy-to-pull handle to move this full-size swing from room to room. An overhead mobile with 2 adorable plush characters - a flower and birdie - entertains baby. From the GentleTouch control panel, you can customize babys experience. This thing wont last
I got this when my baby girl was about a month and now that she just turned seven months old it’s unusable. My daughter is just over 14lbs and this thing cannot swing because of her weight, I noticed it struggling when she was around 12 lbs and now it won’t swing at all. I took her out of it to see if it could swing on its own and it can. The most frustrating thing about this swing was the recline isn’t the best and the straps around the neck were very high and they are fixed and cannot be brought down so my daughter would end up with a red mark on her neck and she’s not a big baby by any means (25 percentile) although you could loosen then a bit, she’s on the short side so this swing is not worth it in my opinion. I have the Graco one at my mom’s and that one is much better.

Bad electrical
My daughter is a month old and I finally tried her in the swing. I went to turn it on and the power isn’t working (yes, it’s plugged in and all the wires are connected). When I put it together 3 months ago the power worked but I haven’t used it until today. So I manually sat there and swung her. She enjoyed that but defeats the purpose of the swing. I should have listened to all the bad reviews.

Just ok.
Not sure if this is user error but my baby is 3 months and the straps still cant clip her in, ive tried moving them and adjusting them so now it feels unsafe to use. Also the plug is usb and doesn’t come with the wall adapter, why isnt that standard for products anymore??

Worst swing I’ve ever purchased. Only used maybe 3x, the speed 6 works like a speed 3. You can not keep it on longer than 30 minutes, even if you don’t set a timer. My baby girl is so small barely 7 weeks and it won’t swing with her in it but will swing empty. SUPER SUCKS!!!

Got the swing together only to realize they provide the usb cord but not the box that plugs into the wall. Why is that remotely acceptable? No way to use it without purchasing another part. The recline feature is also trash…it’s not a smooth transition but a jerk forward or backward. It would absolutely wake the baby

I’m surprised by the bad reviews because I love this swing. My baby is hit or miss on just swinging, but she loves the vibrating feature! The issue is the batteries for that are super weird..you need a C cell 1.5 V battery, which they don’t make very clear.

Don’t recommend
We bought this a few days ago and it just arrived today. I got it put together and it makes a constant clicking sound in the motor. It barely moves. You have to push it if you want it to move. Not impressed Overall love the design, but functionality sucks

Do NOT Buy!
The electronic parts (touch settings) are sensitive to touch. This results in many attempts to get the swing to start or adjust music for that matter. Also!! Be aware if you are a parent with Carpal Tunnel stay away from this swing. The safety feature on the swing makes it nearly impossible to get baby out.

Swing
Got as a gift for my daughter. Upon opening the box I noticed that many parts of the swing were covered in red dirt. I could not get the dirt off of any of it. It looks like it was dragged though dirt. The toy comes off easily and could be a safety hazard. There was no usb attachment to plug into the wall nor did the box call for one. I had to go out and buy one specifically for the swing. Overall, it worked alright, however I wouldn’t recommend for purchase.

I am surprised there are so many bad reviews on this swing! We used it up until my daughter was 8 months. She loved it. It can swing forward/back or side/side. It’s worked great for us with no technology issues and has been reliable. It’s cute for our girl too!

Stopped working
how can I make a return on this. Received it as a gift from my baby registry and it stopped working after a couple of days with both batteries and plugged in. Three away the box because I didn’t count on it to stop working.
