A: I just purchased and there wasn’t a recipe book or any cooking suggestions which i found disappointing.

A: Yes, it does include a Sous Vide setting.

A: If you use lukewarm milk and regular yogurt culture, yogurt is done in the 8 hour setting and is quite good. Very hot milk does not give good results.

A: Using the sous vide function gives you finer control over the temperature setting when creating Reuteri yogurt... yes, it looks like this unit comes with Sous vide.

A: Typically, the IPs have a delayed start, e.g., 5 hrs, 8 hrs, etc, but not a specific time. There is a timer but not a clock.
