A: Thanks for this great question! the Instant Pot Crisp doesn't have a dedicated rice button to make rice. Some models have one, but it uses pressure so you can do the same thing with the pressure cook button. We recommend using a 1:1 ratio of rice to water, and a time of 4 minutes for white rice or 22 minutes for brown rice. You can always adjust these to your preference but start with these settings and see how it goes! Enjoy!
A: Hi there Sandy. Thanks for your question! The 120V models can only be plugged into a 120V outlet and used within North America. Using them in another region and with an adapter will void the warranty. However, we're happy to say that we make certain models for use in other regions! Please contact our support team and we can provide details about the models available in other areas.

A: Thank you for reaching out! The Instant Pot 6qt Crisp Pressure Cooker Air Fryer is the Target Exclusive model that has the Proofing function instead of the Dehydrate function. This model does not offer the ability to dehydrate.
A: Hello, Akan. Thanks for the question! The Crisp Combo is a special version of the Duo Crisp model that is only available through Target. It includes the Proofing function instead of the Dehydrate function. It also does sous vide cooking. In all other respects, the two models are identical.
