If you like burnt plastic, this one's for you!
Smells horribly of plastic that would not dissipate. Insert tray did not fit properly and hot metal falls out when emptying the basket. Disappointed in the poor quality as the features were well designed and useful.

Wrong address delivery
This is not a review of the item purchased but a review of the delivery. Even though the delivery was quick it was made to the wrong address (delivered to #238 instead of 228) I had to retrieve the item from where it was delivered to. Even the delivery picture clearly showed the delivery at #238.

Warps, small and cooks poorly. Disappointed.
The basket warps when heated and pushes the insert all the way up on one side so the food comes out burnt on one end and slides into a sloppy mess on the other. It is also a deceptively small basket. My old toaster oven holds more and takes up way less space. If I had a mammoth kitchen I might try a big one. This just fails on all counts. So disappointed.

Warped cannot use
The basket warps when heated and pushes one side of the insert up about 2 inches so the food not only burns on one side, it also slides down and makes a mess. So disappointed.

WAY better than Ninja
Absolutely love it. I used to have a Ninja 4qt. It was so big and so loud and it the wind in it was so strong that everything would fly up into the burner. This one does not do that at all. It cooks perfectly. I absolutely love it. It takes a little longer on a couple things to be honest, but for the most part, it’s just perfect for me. I’m a single person. It would likely be too small for a family of three or more. The first couple times I used it. I was very concerned because the burner plate lifted significantly in the back when heating, but it subsided after the first 2 uses.

The best addition to our kitchen

Very annoying and bad quality
Poor quality, obnoxious beeping and overpriced filters. Poor Quality - Two screws and one of the rubber groumets from the base plate fell off into our food. Annoying Beeping - Every single time you take the tray at within a few seconds, its cheap little speaker that sounds like a mosquito will beep to let you know the tray is removed. We have EYES I can see the tray is removed and dont need you to keep beeping that its removed. Maybe Im cleaning it or adding food, dont need a beep. This thing after a month is already starting to fall apart, 2 screws from base plate just fell off in food. A set of of the "odor erase" filters which are two tiny little foam inserts you place in the back to filter some of the odors is $10? That is absolutely ridiculous. For $10 you should be getting significantly more, clear price gouging. Do not buy this thing, cheap quality and overpriced filters.

works great except...
Works great but tray doesn't stay level. No matter how I place it or how far in I press it, once the air gets circulating it pops up and tilts to one side. I haven't been able to find a solution for this. I really don't want to have to return this, but I might exchange and see if the problem persists in another one. One big problem with this is that when you pour your food out, a hot tray falls out as well.

Now I know what everyone's talking about!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first air fryer, and it feels great to finally be part of the club! I have used this machine to cook frozen fries for my nephews, cook and reheat meals and leftovers, and to quickly melt cheese on sandwiches. This is much more versatile than I had imagined an air fryer would be. The best thing about it is the window and light that allows you to see the food while it's cooking, especially for a newbie who is just learning how to use an air fryer. I don't always have the right times or temps at first, but I have never burnt anything because I can see how it's coming along. I have had success cooking foods with the machine, but I am loving how effective it is at reheating food for one; from yesterday's takeout to frozen meatballs I had baked in the air fryer. Having that crispy finish is such an improvement over reheating everything in the microwave! Instant Pot sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program.

Cooks fast! cooks crispy!

I've cooked a few dishes in it over the first week of owning in and was not disappointed at all. I've made frozen hot dogs in minutes, same with pizza rolls. My latest meal was a 2.5 lb Cornish Hen in about 35 minutes. If I would have thought about it I would have added potatoes since there was still extra space.
