This pot just isn't working to my liking. The inside steel pot is curved on bottom which makes oil run into the sides and difficult to saute in oil. Just disappointment. Would like to return.

Very hard to seal. Not good for me .i made a soup fo an hour. No handbook how to seal it. Sorry wasn't good for me.

This is a report from last Sunday, I used this product, I did not know how to use it so I gave it a try. Started with slow cook, mistake, however. After a day and a half I was prompted to open the lid. I taste it, wow was a delicious chicken, potatoes, vegetables stew. I used only water and salt. I called today for support. I received nothing but superb support. NOW I know how to use this pot and I am now using pressure cook for 20 minutes. I can assure you this is a good buy, despite the fact it is kind of odd to use it. Trust me to save money and cook a lot for hungry military guys like me it is worth it 100%

We've had this pot for 6 months and it's terrible compared to our Duo Evo Plus. I've tried rice & quinoa as pot in pot and it's never cooked using the times from our other pot. It's too complicated to figure out how to make yogurt. It's basically only good for sous vide. I'm so disappointed in Instant Pot. While this is newer it feels not as powerful to cook in as our older Duo Evo Plus

My Daughter in=law has a Birthday coming up. I had bought that for her(INSTA-POT! She likes to cook so I hope she likes to clean up the messes cause that I am not taking care of that! Lol

I have a basic 6 quart Instant Pot that I love but wanted to have a bigger one to fit all the ingredients when making soups or ribs. I was intrigued by the concept of quiet release. The upgrade is worth it for the extra room and quiet release. There's still noise but it's not going to scare your guests away. I love the look, too. The only down side is that the tabs on the top part isn't directly centered like the other models. You'll have to move the cover a little to the side to insert it into the slot to rest your cover on the side of the Instant Pot. It's a not a big deal, I just need to break my habit from my previous Instant Pot.
