Good little fan, does not auto oscillate.
I need to read carefully and watch the video. This fan does not automatically oscillate from side to side not up and down. You have to move it. I cannot blame the product because I did not read or watch the video. Still a power little fan.

Best Fan I've Used
I bought 2 of these for my apartment because we had no ceiling fans. They were able to blow air through the whole living/dining room and cool it down. I was throughly impressed with the power in the size of this fan especially with the price. Well worth it. I recommend getting this before getting a more expensive fan. If you end up needing a more expensive one you always can use this one somewhere else!

Small but works great.
I was skeptical about the low $10 price, but needed a replacement desk fan for the hot weather. It's been on almost 24/7, works great and is very quiet on low speed. It tilts, but does NOT oscillate, which I wouldn't expect for a fan this size. I'm not sure why they said that unless there's a translation issue...?

Tiny but mighty!
It's a perfect tiny fan! It fits in a tote bag, perfect carry on travel fan! So if you need a fan, when traveling, I can't recommend this enough! Just enough noise and breeze that I will never travel without it. I'm buying an extra too! The fan has a vertical pivot versus horizontal. It does not oscilate.

I'm a fool, this was an impulse purchase. I thought Oscillating meant that it would move around thus giving a nice air circulation but I was wrong. I paid $10. It's just a regular desk fan, takes up space, weird that it has the same air levels twice on each side? It gives a nice little breeze that you manually have to adjust.
