A: Hello Junnib, Plain tap water is okay to use, but that would of course depend on the tap water. In the majority of cases, using tap water would be fine, but if your tap water is relatively dirty, that could cause minor issues over a long period of time. A: Hello Sharon, The Braava will mop very well and if you use an approved cleaning solution it will be able to remove a lot of stains. Depending on the stain, it should be able to clean it.

The first time it got stuck and I had to lift it and reset it but thereafter it was fine it works excellent it sweeps and it mops very easy to change the cleaning pads, Which aren't expensive nor is the solution.

This was my 2nd Bravva jet and I knew I shouldn't have bought it again. The 1st Brava didn't last 1 year before it started having problems but the 2nd one was on sale so I thought I would give it a second try. That was a mistake. Got it all set up and it didn't work from the start. Didn't map the whole area, then it wouldn't spray cleaner outshine it mopped. It was a disaster.

It worked once. Now it keeps struggling with the map Does not transition over carpet well. Really wanted this to work better. But more work than helpful. As it get stuck and lost constantly.

I got this mop robot to help me with cleaning. I'm a busy working mom and I just needed some help keeping my floors clean. The best decision I made was to invest in to the braava jet mop! It cleans so well! I set it to do its job after my robot vacuum has run. When I return home after a long day my floors are spotless!

I have 3 mops. All 3 broke the same way. One day they just stopped squirting water. The cost to have it repaired was astronomical and the discount to buy a new was so little. The fact that all 3 worked one day and not the next and all 3 broke the same way. All three less than 4. Years old. When I asked about repairing it, I had to send Ok thanks in, pay repairs and pay shipping. Again all 3 broke. So sad that it's so unreliable. I spent to much buying something that doesn't last. Brought a different brand and it works so much better! So sad I wasted money on this brand.

I have only used it once. Mapping takes forever. A slow process. BUT cleaning by room name was kewl. Some of the app to instruction logic is confusing, but it works out ok.

It's exceptionally sensitive to un-level floors, it's always getting stuck or lost, and in about 15 tries, I've gotten it to clean the floor exactly once. Now I get to go look for soak-up-the-dirt pads that aren't proprietary and cost several dollars per use.
