Extremely disappointing
This really sucks because I have other Shark products that are amazing and that I absolutely love, but I’ve owned this for about six months now, and honestly, don’t waste your money. The vacuuming is only somewhat decent at best. It misses a lot of dirt and debris, and I usually have to send it over the same area multiple times just to get an okay result. The mopping feature is a joke, it basically just drags water and soap around and calls it “cleaning.” I figured, fine, I’ll just use the scheduling feature and let it kind of clean my floors so I don’t have to deal with it constantly. That plan fell apart fast because the app is absolutely awful, easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It constantly fails to connect, doesn’t communicate with the robot when I send commands, and regularly throws errors like “could not fetch map,” which means I suddenly have zero access to cleaning, mapping, or basically any control over the robot at all. At this point, I’ve had enough. Between the half-hearted cleaning and a completely broken app, this thing has become nothing more than a very expensive decorative piece. I seriously regret not returning it when I had the chance. It’s especially disappointing because I really like other Shark products, but this one is a huge letdown. If you’re actually looking for a reliable self-cleaning vacuum/mop, shop somewhere else or honestly, don’t get one at all. Half the time I feel like I spend more effort trying to get this robot to clean than it would take to just do it myself. Do not recommend.

First unit came with brush cover broken, so I returned it. Second unit has been stopping during moping sesion due to trouble pumping water from the reservoir. It also failing to wet moping pad when mopping, so it performs the "mopping" function with the cloth dry. I will return the second unit too.

Lives up to the hype
This thing is THE BOMB!! I am a harsh critic and agonized over this purchase, did my research, read reviews, watched videos, stalked the website prior to purchase, but it does everything it says it does. Impressed by how well it mapped my home, gets around, and it mops soooo well! App could be a little more intuitive, but I figured it out. It fills itself, empties itself, washes and the mop pad, shows me what it cleaned. It’s AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well for picking up dust, dirt, and dog hair in between thorough vacuuming. The mop works for small areas but I found it lacking for mopping a large kitchen/dining room area. Big concern I had was a clog of the vacuum. The device did not alert me there was an issue and I didn't notice until there was little to no debris in the dust bin. The app could also use a major upgrade. Overall, would recommend!

Amazing!
If you’re wondering if this robot vacuum is worth it, it may be important to do your research. I did mine and I’m overwhelmingly impressed by this amazing robot. Not only does it clean my area rugs well along with my tile floors, but it does so with grace, precision, and ease. In a house with two dogs that shed and two young children, it’s hard to believe in the reliability of these products. However, after running a full clean (vacuum + mop) my floors, rug and tile both, are SPOTLESS. Not ONE crumb or stain on my floors. And all of this without moving a finger. Just for background, I’m upgrading from Matrix Plus 2-1 and this might only be 3 years newer, but the difference feels decades newer. If you’re wondering if you should try this product, I recommend without a doubt. I woke up while it ran overnight and the stress of a dirty floor is gone. Give it a try!

Pretty good, mops well.
Recently replaced my Detect Pro vacuum only Shark with this Vac/Mop version. When and where it does mop is very good. However, the biggest issue I have is with mop only in a room that has carpets/rugs. It cleans the hard floors well, but gets frustrating stuck navigating the rug areas and won’t leave for several minutes, getting stuck up against furniture. It eventually works its way out, but with the intelligent mapping, it should know to just go around. Wastes a lot of time running over the rugs for no reason. This could be fixed if the robot could run a single room like a whole house vac/mop. Vacuum the carpets/rugs first and then get the pad and mop the hard floors. Would go a lot quicker.

Not a bad choice... not worth for price.
Its not a bad choice if you need your house to be clean. Not great for deep cleaning. The mop just skims the surface not removing any stains just making the floor wet. Robot is very loud and takes very long to clean. It does a good job vacuuming though. It really sucks at avoiding things. It always runs into objects.

Decided to get a robot for vacuuming
first Robot pack works pretty good The software interface has a lot to be desired. You can't Change the size of the spot cleaning. You cannot rescan for carpets without deleting the whole map. Would be nice to scan one room for carpets or edit map for carpet. Really happy with the way the bots clean ! I bought two, one for upstairs all carpet ,one for downstairs tile, and carpet.

It also has a mop feature which is amazing. It is a self cleaning vacuum which is a huge bonus. We have a dog that sheds tons and this little robot is a life saver! Purchased this machine almost a month ago and I LOVE it! The only hiccup I have with it is that the WiFi signal could be better because I will have it scheduled for a vacuum/mop and it does not connect. IT really needs to check into this because it’s happened 3 times since I’ve had it. I then have to go in and manually start a clean from my location and it works but that defeats having it scheduled.

Awful product. Worked for a couple months, now just bounces off the walls goes, into areas it's not supposed to, and doesn't finish cleaning the entire map

Died within first week
Stopped working within one week. Keeps giving different error messages. If this issue is resolved satisfactorily I will revise this review but for now I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
