A: Hello Marcelo, The robot will work with 220V, but you should never purchase a robot in order to use it outside the country it is purchased from, as this voids the warranty.

I upgraded from an older model. This one cleans better however it is much more work. Always having to reconnect to my WiFi, it's stuck somewhere, or has another strange error message. It just seems like a lot of maintenance and I bought it to make my life easier. But now I'm always servicing the robot and usually seeeping with a broom.

I have hardwood floors and Ralphie the Roomba, yes we named him Ralphie, is an integral device in my household. I routinely get complimented on how well my floors look and I am very OCD when it comes to how my floors look and Ralphie does not disappoint.

I love my roomba and have used them for years, I wish this one was a little less complicated. Often, its precision prevents it from completing a thorough cleaning. I find it lost a few feet from the base or shut down in the middle of a task because of a few pet toys on the carpet. I often find myself wishing for a chaotic random mode that my previous roomba would perform in a more complete cleaning. This one is too smart to clean well.

This is my second Roomba, first was replaced due to self emptying function no longer working. This occurred after less than 3 months of normal activity. I have now had the replacement for less than 2 months and the same thing his happening. The self emptying feature is not working and the command to "empty the bin" is no longer available on the app as an option. These devices are too expensive for this to be happening over and over.

My iRobot is giving errors every cleaning job and it's more frustrating to mess with it than to just vacuum myself. Also mine had a leak and warped my LVP.

When it is working correctly it does a decent job. It has a tendency to get "lost" and I find it in the middle of the floor. Often has error code of path blocked. But it is sitting by itself. 75 percent of the time it can't find its way from under the dining room table. The instructions for identifying and marking rooms are too difficult to use. Glossary of terms wood be very helpful. What is meant be identifying a clean area?

It's the first robot vac I own and I found set up pretty complicated. I have tried to map our bottom floor and its always alerting me that its stuck & "about to fall off a cliff". I find it in the middle of the living room without any obstacles around. One of the rooms on the bottom floor has flooring that is darker in color than the rest and it too triggers the "falling off a cliff" error. I need to drop everything and go manually move it elsewhere. I have a dog that sheds a lot and a potty training puppy, i guess the vacuuming it has done is not terrible but I don't expect it be able to keep up with light mopping, i think that was a mistake getting, I should have gotten a model with no mop for less. The app is not most user friendly.

Gets stuck and needs rebooting almost every time used. Strong signal in home. Doesn't get close to walls in one direction. I feel that if there were sweepers on both sides it would be better.

Takes too long to vacuum. (1.5-2 hours for a floor I can do in 20 min). Not convenient to do multiple floors. Noise is annoying for that length of time. Can't vacuum at night while I am asleep due to light sensors.

Went for the Smarter Unit-Eurika - 3 months ago

We had such high hopes for the Roomba Combo® j7+ Robot Vacuum and Mop. We have a very neat, but densely furnished home. From the onset, this unit found it increasingly difficult to navigate any changes in chair placement. It became confused, often getting stuck and not being able to figure things out. Instead it would keep bashing into nice antique furniture legs.
Before returning it, we decided to try our 2nd choice, the Eureka Multi-cyclone.
The Eureka was far more intelligent. We ended up buying a 2nd Eureka for the upstairs. And, the extra bonus for this decision was it cost us at least $100 less than the Roomba.
