A: Hello Marcelo, The robot will work with 220V, but you should never purchase a robot in order to use it outside the country it is purchased from, as this voids the warranty.

I "upgraded" my roomba because all of a sudden my previous j5 stopped working- only 2 years old. Have not been able to get it to work and have been told different things from every customer service agent i spoke with. Most recently was that I need a subscription in order for it to work, and that Target is not licensed to sell subscription required products...then HOW did i purchase it??? and WHY? SOOO very annoying, but now I'm almost $1000.00 invested, and have been trying to get assistance from Target- none, and Irobot- ZERO...now what???

I give up on Roomba. We had several over the years but the newer ones are just trash. In the year I've had this vacuum it has been service multiple times, whether the vacuum itself or the base station. I'm not at 13 months and feel like it has been broken more than it has been working, and the base has a contact that is retracted and won't come out. This is the second time and they repaired it previously. But now their products are low quality and fail too often.

The charging metal contacts have melted 3 times on me. So it won’t charge or empty the bin or stay connected to wifi. I have contacted iRobot 4 times now and they do send me another one since it’s still under warranty but I don’t think I’ll be opening the last box. Hopefully I can just sell it and get my money back.

Worked well and only need occasioanl maintenance until it stopped entirely. The iRobot company will charge $150 to repair the robot. Unacceptable for such an expensive machine

I have owned several robot vacuums and this Roomba is definitely the most frustrating to operate. It vacuums and mops at the same time without having to do much to operate which is cool. Although I have to fill it with water basically ever time it operates. Additionally, I feel like there is always an error code that pops up and prevents the Roomba from working. The issues are daily! It’s clogged, stuck, not sucking up the dirt for some reason, the bag is full when it really isn’t full at all, lost, not connecting to the WiFi…literally so many possible problems.

Mine came with no power cord, called customer service and they sent me a replacement cord that did not fit my vacuum. Called customer service again to get the run around, they have asked for my proof of purchase 3 times to still not figure out what cord to send. Returning and going with a totally different brand if I even do the whole robot vacuum. This was a total purchase on a friend raving about their robot vacuum. irobot not a good start to a new customer. No thank-you

Best for pine pellet litter. However there are so many crevices the pellets get stuck on. It took a while to do the weekly cleaning because even high pressure water didn’t get them off the grates I had to pick them out one by one with a stick Also wish it had a liner or something over time the plastic will hold onto smell if jot cleaned weekly Now the important part. I wish I got the high side version as it stands you can’t order the top piece separately so you have to re order the whole system if you decide that the low walls are too low

I love this vacuum. It is robot vacuum and mop together, cannot be more better. It cleans your home without avoiding carpets or requiring you to change cleaning modes. This combo knows when to vacuum and when to mop the floors. Also recognize and avoid obstacles like, clothes, shoes, towels .I have tiles and carpet at home and I was impressed how clean my floors was after using this Roomba. It is controlled by Roomba app, that was very easy to set up and you can link to your Alexa and google. This combo set Included with the robot is the charging stand with it's own vacuum and bag to empty the robot's bin, 2 mop pads, and cleaning solution samples. And also you can set specific cleaning preferences by room, This is the best vacuum & mop that you can have. ,

I have been using this iRobot Roomba Combo J7+ Vacuum for a few weeks before writing this review. Foremost, the setup was quick and direct: find a spot with some space for the base, plug it in, download the app, and get started. I have a combination of carpet, rugs and laminate throughout my home, so I was curious how the Roomba would do recognizing everything and then switching from the different surfaces. The initial mapping of my first room went pretty smooth avoiding most obstacles by asking about temporary and permanent ones. The app is it easy to use and make room adjustments like straightening a few door lines and assigning no go spots. After that, it was ready for its first run. I like the scheduling features, as well as the notifications about what it is doing and alerts about what needs to be done. We have one cat that likes to supervise it for a bit then loses interest. It is fairly quiet in my opinion, except when it returns home to empty itself-- although it sounds like a shop vac, the self emptying feature is still a much appreciated feature! I think it does a better job of vacuuming versus mopping, not the convenience of it doing both cannot be beat! Other than those minor complaints, I really like this mop/vacuum combo! It appears sturdy and well-built, and I expect to use it for years to come! This is a great product that I would gladly recommend to friends and family!

We are in the process of replacing all of our flooring to vinyl plank so this lil iRobot Roomba will be awesome when it's done. The Robot app was incredibly easy to set up and it even lets you name the device which would be great for upstairs/downstairs. The app lets you control various settings and will even tell you that it needs to charge when I didn't realize or base plug had come out. Haven't been able to use the mop portion until the flooring is finished. But I think it will be great. Our kitty isn't too happy when it shines the light but she will get used to it. I love the mapping and even the pause option to temporarily pause a job. My only complaint is that it is almost as loud as my vacuum. Will see if that's the same when we finish the remodel.

Overall, this is a great product. I have an older model Roomba vaccum (900 series) and a really old iRobot mop (Braava) and have been really happy with both and many of the improvements in this combo model are really fantastic. The vacuum function is outstanding - it picked up pet hair, dirt, cheerios (thanks kids), consistently. The self-emptying function is a game changer. I have a dog who sheds a ton and with my old Roomba, I had to be around to empty the dust bin repeatedly during a vacuuming run. The Roomba Combo just takes itself home and emptys the bin itself (though the emptying process is LOUD - you've been warned). It navigated obstacles extremely well, though it had more trouble with cliffs than my prior model. The updated mapping function is also a huge upgrade. The ability to easily identify rooms and direct jobs by function (vacuum only or vacuum and mop) and by specific room is really helpful - some rooms naturally need more attention. Also like being able to start a job through Alexa - setting that up was pretty much effortless and worked well. The mopping function on this Roomba is ok for what it is. I found that the mopping pad wasn't evenly wetted or maybe doesn't lay flat so it mopped in stripes - maybe over time this will resolve itself. It isn't the most thorough mopping job either. That said, for a quick cleanup in between more thorough mopping jobs, I'll happily let this little guy do the work. One big plus - the design of the mop head on this really does a great job of avoiding rugs. I watched it mop a tiled area and then get to a large area rug and retract the mop back up onto itself - a very cool design.

This is my first robot vacuum and I absolutely love it! It took just a few minutes to set up and the app is very easy to use. I paired it with my Alexa also. The vacuum works extremely well (I have a dog and cat) over multi surfaces in my home and I was really impressed how it mapped out each room and objects. It is quiet when running but quite loud when auto emptying, but it's only a few short seconds. I will say I prefer traditional mopping method/steam mop over the mopping feature here. It cleaned well but I think it would be best for smaller mopping areas, just my personal opinion/preference. It auto empties into a bag in the home base which is nice but I do wish they were easier to dump to get more use instead of having to purchase more bags. The performance of the product, ease of use/ability to schedule tasks etc far outweigh the negatives. I love it and wish I had one sooner!

iRobot Roomba is incredibly sophisticated, yet easy to put together and use, and it's a million times smarter than Roomba. We compared the devices and were amazed by iRoomba's mapping capabilities and precision. When you combine this with the wax function, it truly is a model that is worth the investment, especially if you have pets. Highly recommend!

This iRobot Roomba is wonderful. Super easy to setup and use. Takes a little bit of time to map out your home, but doing so makes cleanings such a breeze. Easily detects and avoids any obstacles while cleaning and also will take photos for you to review & mark if it's a temporary or permanent obstacle. The mopping feature is also an absolute game changer & leaves my floors so clean!

This iRobot Roomba Combo is truly a wonderful device! It works like a champion not just vacuuming, but also mopping the hard surface by itself as scheduled via the iRobot app on smart phone. It does a nice and thorough job for keeping the carpet and hardwood floors cleaned. The device runs smoothly and quietly without scaring my pets. The set up is very quick and easy by doing everything on the app. I loved the self-emptying feature of this iRobot vacuum. It works intelligently and sufficiently without my intervention. The device operates diligently to recognize and avoid obstacles that is on it path. I really like the device and it lightweight design vacuum. It cleans the house cleanly and throughly from dirt, debris, pet hair and from hard to reach places like underneath the bed, coffee table and much more. The mapping feature from the app allows the iRobot to work effortlessly and more effective in allotted time. You can very much setting up your own preferences using the app, and the iRobot will do everything, I mean everything with ease! This is a very intelligent vacuum device, if you have pets at home, this is a must have because it will keep your house always clean, nice and save you a lot of time and energy from cleaning and vacuuming.

I'm very impressed with this roomba! I've had the chance to use it for a couple weeks now and I'm extremely pleased with it's performance. This is my second irobot roomba, the first one I have does not have mopping abilities. So I was super excited to try this one out. It was very easy to set up and the app was simple to install and navigate. This roomba is definitely smarter than the first. It avoids objects better and knows when to stop mopping. It has a powerful suction and gets all the pet hair, dust and debris up with ease. It's self cleaning and returns to its base anytime it get to full, then it returns to cleaning. It mapped out my house pretty quickly and now it knows exactly where to go. I love that it can get under tables and couches and get all the areas that are hard for me to reach.

This is my first iRobot vacuum and I am very happy with its performance. I've been using the Roomba for about a week and it's been great . It was super easy to set up right out of the box . Once you download the app and connect Roomba it to, it's ready to go. The first time I used it it took a while as Roomba mapped out my home but now he knows where to go. Roomba vacuums under my tv stand, furniture, and the kitchen cabinets and after he is done, he goes back to his base. I also love that it vacuums and mops my hardwood floors. The best part is you can schedule and control cleanings right from the app. I would definitely recommend this iRobot to family and friends.

I am very happy with my new iRobot Roomba Combo. I love how not only can it vacuum but it also can mop. If you only want it to vacuum it can do that as well. Setup was easy to do simply connecting to wi-fi and getting app on the phone. Once you get the app you can access more detail instructions or the help manual for the model you have. It does come with quick start instructions to help get you first going. It pretty much takes off on it's own! It also has a self emptying bin. Once your vacuum is done it goes back to the base to empty the dirt and debris collected in the bin into the base using suction. It is really neat and saves time not having to empty the bin after every vacuum session. Once the replaceable bag is full, you simply throw it away. You do have to buy refills but it takes a long time to fill up the dirt bag! This model can also mop during a vacuum session as well. What happens is that the mop pad fully retracts when it comes into contact with carpet or rugs. I was scared that would not work correctly but it really does. I have had no issues with it not retracting or getting my carpet or rugs wet and messy. I don't have much flooring to mop but so far it has been pretty consistent with not missing too many places. Really dirty floors with stuck on dirt are not going to get 100% clean. They will look a lot better but you are going to have to scrub some. For a light everyday mopping it does a great job! I can start the vacuum in the morning, leave for the day and come home to clean floors. I feel spoiled! Once you try this you will never go back to a ordinary vacuum and mop again!

Ididn’t want one before mainly because of having to unload the vacuumed debris all the time. Love how this version unloads the garbage into the larger bin on the base station after docking. It’s still learning the map of the house but I’m impressed with the battery life and automation and the features on the mobile app. The only negative is it seems to not pick up pieces of paper trash about 1 inch in length/width….and my dog hates it. For worry-free, regular light vacuum duty (fully automated), seems to be doing the job.
