Obsessed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved this product. It was so easy to install, and it got my whole downstairs in under an hour. The app updated live so you can track it as it moves. It stopped back at home base to empty out the water x3 and clean the mop. Then it stopped once to dump the dust tray. The battery held up really well as it was at 70% for about a good 1000 ft of mopping and vacuuming. This will become a staple in my house with a toddler and a dog who sheds!

Absolutely well worth it!
I recently bought my home in October of last year and replaced the flooring in my new kitchen, we put in a darker floor (of course we did not know, dark shows everything) so I was constantly vacuuming and mopping because of this. Now, I do not need to worry about it! Well worth it for me for sure, I have gained at least 1-2 hours back in each day from this purchase!

Complete game changer for my house
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW is all I can say! This Roomba has been life changing for my house!! I don’t even know where to begin, I love this Roomba SO MUCH. It’s so high tech and smart! First, it was super easy to connect and get set up. I have another roomba so I’m familiar with the app and connecting them. This one had to map out my home, which was easy to do and only took a few minutes. I then had it vacuum first and then mop my hardwood floors. It did such a great job, especially with pet hair. I cannot say enough great things about this mop/vacuum combo roomba. Seriously. It’s unlike all the other robot vacuums I’ve had. It knows not to fall down my stairs and knows when it’s transitioning to carpet from the hardwood/tile, so it changes from mopping back to vacuuming the carpet surfaces. It self empties and will go back for more water to mop, all by itself. Maintenance seems relatively easy, we will see on that one! My floors have never looked better, seriously. I love that you can dictate which rooms and areas to clean, and which ones to not. It’s very smart and high tech. I am in love with this little roomba!! Soooo happy and highly recommend this little Roomba combo robot!!

Don't buy/ worst roomba ever
I wish I could give negative stars. I've had this model for only four months, and it has constant problems. The app freezes, won't accept commands, or the robot won't stop cleaning. It frequently loses connection, takes an entire day to clean a single room, gets stuck charging, or refuses to charge for days. While a faulty unit can happen, the customer service is the real problem. It's the worst I've ever experienced. Support was unhelpful and condescending, as if I didn't understand basic instructions. I've spent hours on the phone resetting, deleting cloud data, and repeating the same steps only for the robot to break again with a new issue. This product has been extremely disappointing, but the terrible customer service makes it unacceptable. I sincerely hope they improve how they treat their customers

Busy family friendly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting one for a while now and was skeptical I have 4 young kiddos and a little dog and a big house. To start setup was easy and didn’t take very long. This model is great at getting in the corners and I was surprised at how great my floors looked after she was done! She got stuck once but was super simple the app sent me an alert and I just turned her around and it kept going. I love the mop feature and the vacuum bags are super simple to change. I love this product and highly recommend if your a busy family this feels like it’s one less thing I have to worry about.

Stopped working after 7 months!
When it worked it was great! Called tec support the informed me that after 7 months of use on the same network that my network credentials is invalid for I Robot cause it has special symbols or characters. Solution is to change my wifi credentials Doesn't make sense it worked for 7 months. I have a smart house with over 40 devices attached (with no problems) for me to change credentials all must be reprogrammed. No Guarantee this will work. I wouldn't purchase this brand

I am pleased with the vacuuming it can do, but my vacuum light won't go off for the dirty water bin. I called customer service after trying many things and searching online. i had to send them several photos and videos just to get a new dirty water tank sent, but wait, there's more. they don't have a dirty water tank in stock, so i will have to wait for that. we won't even know if that is the issue until we finally get it. Debating on returning. For the price paid, you wouldn't expect this type of inconvenience.

I really wanted this to be a convenient, stress-free solution, but it barely worked for me. I didn’t even get to try the mop feature because the vacuum function itself was unreliable. Almost every run required extra assistance — I constantly worried if it would actually clean or get stuck mid-cycle. Sometimes it would reconnect after help, sometimes it wouldn’t. For the price, I expected it to work consistently, but this unit added more stress than convenience.

Janky garbage
Bought it sunday. Used it once yesterday (monday). Today it won't work - some issue with the dirty water tank. Customer service will only provide me with a new one if I provide them with my phone number. Spent about 40 minutes trouble shooting with them for them to tell me this product - less than 48 hours after purchase - needs new parts. Expensive garbage.

I would buy this product again.
I've only owned this for about 2 weeks but so far so good. The app was easy to navigate, room mapping was quick and easy. We have hardwood floors and the mopping action is perfect. It leaves very little water behind which dries in a few minutes. It is a little noisy especially when cleaning the mops but I understand they all are. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Great machine
It synced right up to my iPad works well cleans well much better then 405 ,also 505 sees well knows it dos not get it self stuck mops great I gave 0 issues with this machine I have been roomba fan for while now lost count of years this is best I have seen , I still use my j7 dos well still personally I think the 505 is much better machine .. thank you for years service your machines are awesome 😁

Not great if you have large shedding dog
Setup relatively easy, app user friendly, I have a large shedding dog, container would get clogged with a short period of time, no warning of filled container, otherwise it performed as programmed, hit all the areas and came back to station, no issues. Performance is below par to a regular cordless vacuum, in addition to shedding dog issue above. Nicley packaged, was hoping better overall.

Pretty good product
This roomba really is great. I like the customization you can make to the cleaning routine. I do however feel like it could do a little better job. I see it leaves little specs of stuff behind and little wads of pet hair, fuzz, etc.

I have 2 other roombas and so far I am unhappy
It is a great machine however it is not what I thought I ordered. I believe I should have ordered the Toomba 10? I think. I believe the roomba I have now is far better but it is not a floor scrubber. I am thinking of returning it
