    DO NOT PURCHASE - Buy a Shark Instead

    I bought the first one on Black Friday. It was bad out of box with an ejection error. The replacement came and it had a power issue so they sent a battery, didn't fix it, so they replaced it and sent yet another one...that of course had an ejection error issue again. I'm so embarrased that I spent money on a product from this absolute dumpster fire of a company. Here's the kicker, I live alone in an 800 sq ft apartment with no kids or pets. This should be a vaccuum's dream because it goes through a fraction of the work or wear and tear as one that would clean a large house with kids and pets. This vaccuum should last a hundred years with how little work it has to do, yet it can't even do the basics. I promis you with absolute certainty, spend your money at a different company. I've never had buyer's remorse to this degree, I honestly feel like an idiot for making this purchase, the money could have gone to something so much better.

    I would not buy this product again.

    I loved the s9. Loved loved loved it. I was disappointed it was discontinued and was skeptical about a new version that has mopping included, but hopeful. I hate this thing. It doesn't vaccum the whole floor, even though it imported the maps from my s9, it vaccums for maybe 5 minutes then says it's completed a job and doesn't even go home. The motor is not as strong as the s9. It just sits in the middle of the floor spinning.

    I would NOT recommend this product

    My husband purchased me my first roomba for mother's day like 2 yrs ago. I believe it was the j8. That one ended up not working well so they had to send me another one. Which I believe was the j9 model. Within 326 months , that one also didn't work. So they sent me the j9 plus, and yep , you guessed it that one didn't work either. But I got second, end it up not being able to get back to them.So money wasted stuck with the roomba that didn't work. My parents also purchased one I believe it was the j9bmodel, and they ended up sending that one back to , because it didn't work properly. So I would not recommend roomba. The customer service for this product was the only good part about this product I will say. They ended up always trying to help me and kept sending me new roombas, which didn't work which I don't blame that on them specifically. Overall I would not recommend spending your money on this product. I wish I would have purchased a different one. Because we ended up out all that money and still didn't get a product that worked, even after going through three different roombas. I just look over at it sometimes.And i'm so disappointed. I'm finally gonna end up just throwing it away along with my money. So disappointing. 😫😖

    Performance review of Roomba

    I bought it from local Canadian tire and was expecting the product to be effective in vacuum cleaning. While the programing of the same is well made, but it is leaving debris on the floor by not not picking up or dislodging them by the single spin brush. It is almost feeling like taking the dog for a walk and picking irs litter after it with a plastic bag after it. We can't do anything in the area during its operation so that its patth doesn't get obstructed and being small it understandably takes more time. So the purpose is defeated. In the time I take out debries and rearrange furniture back, I could have effectively cleaned with my Hoover.

    I would NEVER buy this product again

    I bought a brava jet m series in December 2023. Since we got it always had trouble with the maps, or it cleaning all areas selected. Then slowly the battery started giving issues and iRobot team sent a replacement barely worked for a little bit then more issues, water leaking everywhere and just issue after issue till the warranty was done and now the only answer is your warranty is done. The clean light keeps flashing. The team does not know how to fix it and just kept stalling for a year till warranty ran out. It was supposed to reduce the time spent on cleaning instead it was sucking my time in trying to get it to work properly

    False advertising for discount

    They advertise for 20% off with code SAVE20 but there is no place to enter the code upon checkout. I tried 5+ time to find it in checkout l. If it's there, it's not clear. Frustrating. I'm happy with the product thought. It's great!

    Never this is the worst and it's one big lie

    This is a terrible product don't get scammed into this product. You will use it for five times then it will go bad then they will tell you that your warranty expired pretty much you throw in the garbage they try to offer you rebooting they try to send you a new one which is more damaged than the first one - it damaged my furniture Stay away!!! unless you want to vacuum five times and pay thousands of dollars the worst company ever the worst vacuum scam ever

    Not worth the money

    I have had several of I robot models from the Low end to the highest end. What is consistent with all of them as they use disposable parts that wear out rapidly and are expensive to replace obviously the higher end vacuums last longer, but the accessories do not as of tires And when I called in to replace them, you cannot get them. They tell you to go elsewhere as far as I know that is not customer service I would never recommend anyone waste their money on a I robot when there is so many cheaper options out there with better customer service.

    Roomba does not stand behind its product

    I got this model 692 as a gift from my daughter. I loved it but needed to replace the brushes so I bought the kit to replace everything. Watched YouTube how to replace the brushes looked easy enough, but could not get the door open to replace the brushes. I thought it was me so I got my son and my son-in-law to try it they couldn't get the door open either they said it was probably welded shut and they would break it if they tried to force it open. So obviously it's defective. When I called Rumba they wanted me to buy a whole new part costing $70. They asked me to produce a receipt I couldn't do that because my daughter bought it for me. They wouldn't do anything... I recently bought a Roomba for my son and I was going to buy one for my other son and my daughter for Christmas but I will not be doing that now because they don't stand behind what they sell.

    Worst purchase ever

    I cannot put into words how much I hate this thing. I had it for 3 months before I strongly considered smashing it. Today it will be finally getting the hammer if they don't exchange it. It's still in warranty but we will see how big of a headache that will be. The first month i let it clean my entire house. It moved quickly but bumped into everything and needed help every 10 minutes. After that month I decided to limit it to just my living room, same thing, every 5 minutes "error xyz see the app for help". Its only job is to do the carpet and it can't even do that.

    Won't clean as directed

    Get stuck easy, won't clean as supposed to. The robotic clean in the same area for hours, go back to another location without clean well and then go back to his previous location again. Won't clean as directed because jump from location to location for no reason and leave areas incomplete.

    I would NOT buy this again.

    You should never use this machine if you have dog or cat hair. It sucks and all I do is spend time.Removing here from the unit to keep it running. Now, today it went somewhere.It was not supposed to and has never gone before and is now stopped under a bed. I am not able to walk and am unable to retrieve the stupid thing. This was the biggest waste of money I have ever had

    I wouldn't purchase another rooms ever

    I would give rooms zero stars if I could. Purchase a product for several hundred dollars and less than a year and a half later I need to buy new parts. If that wasn't irritating enough they no longer have the parts. Told you can buy a new one and get a trade in credit. Thanks for the trade offer of $50. I will say I give you 5 stars on a great business plan. Sell people junk products so they have replace. No thanks. I wouldn't purchase another product from you for anything.

    I would never waist my money n this product

    I have been having issues with this product after 4 months of purchase and now it's almost 1 month until my warranty to be expired, and the product stopped working, I call every day nd stay on the line with costumer service for over an hour and all they do to reboot the machine and next day is another issue , the finally escalated the issue to another department now they are emailing me with the same step to do and when I keep doing it on, I keep telling them that I've been doing it for days and days. They keep replying back with the same email I have never had such a bad experience with anything in my life. They're just dragging this so the warranty is expired so they don't have to send me another one. Please do not raise your money on this company

    Piece of Junk

    Dies randomly. Usually can't finish even a small job without needing to charge back up for 3-4 hours. It would be better to save your money and have a dirty house. You'll be less frustrated with that outcome. I have trouble shot and reached out to customer service. No resolution. Buy a competitor's machine.

    Do NOT buy an older Roomba (960 and earlier) if...

    I used to love my 960, but all of a sudden it started acting like the Braava Jet 6 - which is 100% unacceptable. The Braava Jet can't handle alternating tile floors (like a chess board) It's behavior varied from randomly spinning in circles to drawing random shapes on the floor and then just going back to base. Like I said above I used to love my 960 - it behaved as well as it needed to, and did a very good job even if it was a little random here and there. Now the 960 does the same counter-productive stuff the Braava did. I don't know why it can't handle chess board tiles, but it seems like a pretty egregious oversight. I mean, some people have floors like that. 100% fail.

    I will never purchase an I robot again

    After only using my IRoboy for 3 years it began giving me an error message that my bumper was stuck. I contacted the company requesting a repair or replacement which was denied. I was offered a $100 credit for a new vacuum which I find unacceptable as a vacuum should have a lifespan greater than 3 years.

    I would never buy this product again

    I have recently purchased a roomba como i5 vacuum and mop and I would NOT recommend it for these reasons - it takes 3 hours to do our main floor - you can only have 1 map - the side brush gets stuck every 12 feet - the mop function is useless if you have area rugs - vacuum repeatedly gets stuck on pillars and planters I feel nothing but stress and regret with this vacuum.
