I ordered this along with some other stuff 2 weeks ago and the other stuff came but the watch didn't. This is the longest I've ever had to wait for a package all this time I could've went to the store and got one. I'll update my review whenever it comes.

I have to restart phone and watch all the time. Have to repair. Just a pain. It would great if it were not for these issues. Also it has an update that will not upload. So I guess it will not work once the download doesn’t support it anymore

Bought this for my 8 year old boy. He wore it for a little while (like literally an hour) before it died. Tried to charge it but it wouldnt even turn on.
1 reply from iTouch Team team - 1 year ago
Hi Kelly, I understand the challenges you're encountering. Let me help. If you haven't already, kindly check the contacts on the back of your watch for any dirt or debris, and inspect the charging pins to ensure they are not bent or damaged. Also, try charging the device with an active computer. Alternatively, you can use a UL-certified adapter that is not a fast charger; the output voltage should not exceed 5 V 1 A. Leave it charged for 2-3 hours. We'd like to further assist you with this issue, so please email us for support at reviews@itouchwearables.com.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been getting back into somewhat of a fitness routine, so it was handy to have the fitness watch to track my steps and many other details of my day, my diet, and my exercise. I especially love using it to track my steps, it really helps push me to reach more steps than the previous day. As a stay at home mom, I can always use that motivation during housework and such.
It's ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a fitness tracker but always wanted one so I was excited to get this one. I downloaded the app and set it up with my phone but since I don't have the energy to work out after work or even on the weekends I didn't really plan on using it for that. I used it for around the house and one day I went out and I really enjoyed being able to see the time without always having to check my phone and seeing how many steps I took in a day was nice too. I could not believe how many steps we take in just a little while. I also checked my heart rate once in awhile and that also was nice to see. I am not allowed to wear watches or any kind of jewelry at work so that's why I never took it to work with me.
Like it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this because it's been easier to track my steps then using my phone. I noticed a huge difference in my steps compared to what was on my phone. However, I know there's times throughout the day I'm moving around without my phone in my hand so that's understandable. I love that it has so many features once synced to my phone. Remined me to drink water. Tracking my heart rate and length of sleep is a plus. Cons are the way the charger has to be placed on it is a little weird. And sometimes it's a little uncomfortable on my wrist. And also the display in the screen looks a little cheap. The design is wonderful but the display is giving me Nokia phone vibes lol. Other then that I'll keep wearing it because I like seeing how many steps I've actually completed for the day!!
Great beginner tracker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially attracted to this fitness tracker by its playful design. I knew it would match all of my activewear. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear. Since i’m making lifestyle changes, this fitness tracker comes in handy for helping stay on task. It is very easy to use and connects to your phone quickly. I’ve worn it in comparison to the steps that my apple watch shows. They were similar, just not exact. You can also use it to check text messages from your phone. It’s a good tracker for starters.
Easy to set up. Lightweight. Comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iTouch Active Fitness Tracker is a decent, entry level device in the world of wearable tech. It does exactly what I wanted-track my activity, and performance, specifically my heartbeat and steps. This is very lightweight, and comfortable. It was easy to set up, and the iTouch Wearables app (App Store or Google Play) was simple enough to figure out. Navigating the tracker itself is as simple as tapping and holding. The app is straightforward, and allows you to track your data over time. This has many features to help in your wellness goals- sleep monitor, calorie counter, hydration reminder and more. There’s also a music and camera remote, an alarm, the weather, and you can get text notifications. You have a choice of different sports modes if that’s your thing. The battery life is good. It’s water resistant and durable. You have a choice between 3 different watch faces. I like it. This tracker does what I need it to do. It is simple, comfortable, and helps me meet my wellness goals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch is amazing there is only one thing I don't like about it. It dies quick, within a day and a half I have to charge. Seems like they'd have a battery that lasts a little longer. Other than that I love it! Tracks everything and even keeps up with my heart heart, menstrual, and everything! Music, and camera!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time trying out one of these watches. I really like it. I like that is very light I can hardly tell its even on my wrist. It has so many great features. I like that it tracks you steps. your heart rate and even when you sleep. It is even connects to iPhone or Android phones.I like where I can also change the bands if I want. It is also easy to charge. I would definitely recommend if you looking for a lightweight and good fitness tracker watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I know it's a cheap price point relative to competitors but I wouldn't waste your money on it. It's very inefficient to navigate, doesn't sync well with your phone, or give effective notifications. The heart rate monitor is garbage, never accurate. The display is ugly and when it gets wet it constantly turns on and selects things from the water touching the button

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are checking your heart rate or want to see your text messages, music and camera. Get this. If you want it to track your info the RIGHT way, hard pass. My steps from walking around wouldnt always count but sitting on the couch would count a few hundred. Going through your past logs was a nightmare because they didnt always record and werent on the right days. I will buy a better one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tracker is slim and sleek. I particularly like the smooth band that is very comfortable to wear during working out, sleeping and daily activities. It has the basic functions you'd expect an item like this to have. The one thing I didn't like is the green light that flashes rapidly if you take it off and set it down without turning it off.
Does not work!!!

I purchased the slim tracker and although it is slimmer than the other options it’s still a little bulky for my liking. But that’s just me with dainty wrists. I think most people would find it’s sleekness perfect for them. The screen part hurts my wrists while typing. Again, that’s a me issue. Haha. The charge doenst hold as long as they say, but that’s okay. But definitely wasn’t happy with the excessive packaging. It came in a plastic display case like it belongs in a museum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iTouch Active Fitness Tracker is ok as a fitness device. It seems to track steps well. I tried the cycling workout mode, went for a ride in the 40s, hoped it would track mileage and heart rate, but I could not get it to work. It often would not pair with the app on my phone. After just a few uses, the watch band is already cracking. There should be a more detailed user guide.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first fitness tracker I've tried out. It has quite a few functions. The ones I like most are seeing my text messages and the weather. The accompanying app is fairly easy to use. Nothing ground-breaking with it's form or functions. It's comfortable enough to wear while sleeping. It's a decent fitness tracker all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iTouch active fitness tracker is durable, yet lightweight. It's water resistant so great for when you're working out and sweating. The battery lasts for a long time, up to 14 days, I've charged it twice since I've had it a month and it's still holding charge. It's compatible with both apple iOS & android. The app is easy to find in the store and use once you've connected to it via bluetooth. It's convenient when you don't want to carry your phone to run or ride your bike, or play sports games. You can get notifications and have music, a camera to take photos and it even tells you the weather. I like that it counts your steps, reminds you to get up and move, to hydrate, and tells you the amount of calories you've burned. This is the perfect fitness tracker and it's not going to break your budget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being sedentary for too long, I was looking for a fitness tracker that I could wear anywhere, keep track of my daily steps, and watch my calories burn! The iTouch tracker accomplishes all of this! When I first started using this tracker, the thing that surprised me was all of the features it offers that I didn't even think of. Everything from sleep tracking, reminding me to hydrate, and even the weather. It's really easy to switch from one setting to another, using the single touch button on the front. In addition, I was easily able to connect the watch to my iPhone, which lets me keep a record of what happened every day. The app even lets me track my daily water and coffee intake. Overall, I really like this fitness tracker. Now if it would just do my exercising for me, I'd already be in shape!!
