Color Wasn’t What I Expected
I ordered these specifically because I was hoping the color would be a close match to my skin tone, but unfortunately, the actual color is much different than it appeared online. The earbuds themselves seem nice, but the color just doesn’t work for what I wanted, so I’ll be returning them.

Redemption
I initially bought these buds on the TikTok shop and decided to buy a warranty. Thank God because with no indication they just stopped working. I was bummed because they're very good and I use them. I tried to utilize the warranty and got approved for the replacement but then there was no movement on the progress. Feeling like I'd been jipped I tried disputing with my credit card and they did nothing however two and a half months later JLabs came through and the rest is history. I'm a tad bit traumatized by the process but I'm sure glad I hung in there. I love these earbuds. 100 percent good quality given the price point

Great buy! I kept losing my pricier earbuds, so I picked these up because of the amazing price. Pleasantly surprised by the sound quality, comfortable fit, and ease of connection. Also can't hear surrounding noises while these are on. Will definitely pick up a few more pairs for the entire family.

Great sound quality. One star off because the Earbuds switch to my phone speakers whenever there is no sound playing and I then have to disconnect and reconnect the Earbuds.

Great for my work from home job!
Bought the GoAir Tones specifically for my new work-from-home job. So far, they have been working very well and I love how they blend in with my skin tone, but I am not certain if I would like them if they were used primarily for music. I do wish that I could customize the EQ on their app, but it currently will not allow for me to do so, which is unfortunate. I will say that I’m not the biggest fan of the controls on the earbuds. Multiple times a day, I find myself accidentally making contact with them, instead of purposefully.

Its a good headphone, can be better
To start with, it is a good hearing aid. But I am going to number some things that bother me. Among them, the earpiece when it enters my ear bothers me, I find it very big and the other piece that comes smaller is very small for my ear. The other thing would be in the connection, it connects very well at first but sometimes when a call comes to my cell phone, it completely disconnects.

Weak Bluetooth connection
Had these 1 day. They have weak Bluetooth sign, with the phone in my pants pocket the earbuds crackle, My Raycons earbuds do not do this.

Feels like earplugs even in awareness mode
I like the sound quality, but I specifically purchased this model for awareness mode. It is incredibly difficult to get the earbuds to recognize the three taps to turn it on.

Air buds used for musical inspiration during workouts. This device has an app. A lost and found. Not to mention any information on tuning your sound yo your desire. Charges fast and due to the case charging factor these are the only Bluetooth s that I never have to worry about charging . Also if for an reason u only want to use one side .
