A: Pictures for this unit only show a "descale" LED on the top--no "Brew Size" buttons at all....Stephanie is right, not Keurig !!!

submitted byRhonda - 1 month agoA: Fill the coffee cup you’d like to use, up to 12 ounces, with water and pour into the water reservoir. That is how you choice brew size on this model. Put your cup under the brewer and hit brew. Some have a button to push first for a slower/stronger brew.

A: from my experience with it, im not sure that what it brews is actually anything but very weak brown water. if you rinse it a couple of times its good for makimg hot water. sorry keurig.

Q: The reusable my k-cup cannot be used in this coffee maker because the coffee maker will not close without the k-cup holder . Is there a different one that fits in the k-cup holder?

A: Hello Tanya, the K-Mini Mate coffee maker is compatible with the Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Filter featuring MultiStream Technology. For proper installation with this model, please remove the adaptor from the base of the filter and also remove the pod holder from your brewer. We hope this information is helpful!

I love the size and color of this new Keurig. I’ve bought no name brands in the past for travel machines. The no names brands felt cheaply made. This new Keurig feels like a solid machine, nicely designed and well made. I did use it this morning with the Kcup stainless steel replacement using my own coffee. It worked great! However much water you put in that is what comes out. Bottom tray is removable for travel size mugs. I thought the temperature was perfect as I do not like super scolding hot coffee. I bought this machine to take on trips. I am cautious of the machines in hotel rooms as I feel they are most likely never descaled. They always taste ‘off’ in my opinion. This machine will fit easily in a suitcase or travel bag. I was planning on taking this one in my office since when not using for travel since I have a large Keurig in the kitchen. I may change that and keep it for my daily coffee.
