A: It looks great on our kitchen counter and uses very little counter space. HOWEVER, our machine had some type of fire because it was smoking. I cannot get any help from Keurig.

A: DEFINITELY NOT QUALITY MADE! Horrible machine. This thing burned out not even a week after purchase. Tried going through 3 of these exact models. Each time I’d set it up and get it ready for the work week to have a cup of coffee and never failed that I’d set my pod and puncture the seal and press the brew button and the machine would turn off and smell of smoke. Not only is it a potential fire hazard. It’s a horrible product for the price point. I would expect the product to last at least a couple years (or even one brew) before burning out. It was really disappointing that I had the same experience 3 times in a row with the exact same model.

A: The K-Supreme™ coffee maker has a preset internal brew temperature to optimize taste. A beverage of 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz will dispense at 170F (average) in cup. The Over Ice feature will brew 6oz at a lower temperature optimized for iced beverages.
