Don't waste your money. Choose another brand. The lid is impossible to separate for cleaning. I won't use anything I can't clean properly, and ripped my nails into the nail bed trying to open it even after reading instruction and video over andover, so may as well pitch in the garbage. I wish I could give it zero stars.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this as an early Christmas present. I found this chopper to work wonderfully. As a partially handicapped person, it was extremely to use & made it so much easier to chop nuts for a cookie recipe. I would definitely recommend this product. It just would have been nice to have instructions how to remove & re-install cup after use.

When jobs are just too small for the big food processor this little gem works wonders, emulsifying salad dressings in a snap and blending hummus to a smooth finish. Light enough to store in an under-cupboard and pull out whenever necessary, the cord storage just adds to the convenience. Lots of power in a little footprint, well done Kitchen Aid!

Poor design , can be better
Poor design, we are refraining from using it as much as possible because its difficult to get it working, the jar and the lid needs to be properly locked which itself is not very smooth or has a feedback, the only way to know is press the chop lid button and if it works, its perfect. Also bad to low counter suction.
