[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first electric Pasta Roller/ cutter, its MUST as it give you freehand to guide your pasta / Noodles and catch as it comes through! nicely finished love the brush, would be nice if not could be stripped apart for cleaning. You'd be reluctant to buy dried pasta again one e you have this. Home made pasta rocks!

I had been hankering for pasta, but I'm trying to eat healthier. So I decided to get this to make my own pasta, and... wow! It was awesome! Easy to attach and figure out right away. As you can see, I made ravioli, and they were WONDERFUL! Still need to work on my technique, but this machine did its part just fine!

Really the taste of fresh pasta is so much better than the dried version . I sometimes freeze it which also turns out well . Then I can make sauces which are tasty as well Well done Kitchen Aid !
