The perfect coffee grinder

It is the perfect size to sit on the counter beside my coffee maker. I like being able to set different grinding amounts depending on how many cups of coffee I want to make. And you can save them for future use. Definitely recommend this coffee grinder!

Also impressed with the ‘static free’ plastic ground coffee bin. Lots of choice when it comes to grind settings and easy to clean. Longevity to be determined but at this point in the journey, this purchase feels like good value.

Great product, but worry about longevity

It is quiet, easy to use and and probably has more features than I need to worry about for grinding coffee. However, this is my second one, because the first one died after six months of regular residential use…it started making a terrible noise and then stopped grinding altogether. I would give the product a lower star rating because of that, however coverage under warranty was quite easy and very fast. I just hope this one lasts longer.

Quick Failure, No Warranty Help
I bought this grinder five months ago and was initially very happy with it—until it suddenly stopped working. Despite careful maintenance, a plastic tooth in the upper burr snapped, rendering it unusable. Although I registered the warranty and contacted KitchenAid, after an initial promise to send a replacement within 10 business days, I’ve been met with delays, out-of-stock excuses, and eventually no response. For a premium-priced product, this is unacceptable. KitchenAid’s poor workmanship and failure to honor their warranty have left me extremely disappointed. I now have to buy a new grinder—from a different brand—and will no longer trust or purchase KitchenAid appliances.

Amazing for the first 6 months!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was by far the best coffee bean grinder I have owned...for about 6 months. At that mark, the grind output basically cut in half and I started having to manually double the grind time to get the same quantity I needed. I had cleaned the grinder once already at the 3 month mark, and then again right when the extended grind time issue started happening, but nothing seems to get it back to where the auto-select values for cups being brewed are accurate...and it used to be perfect. I'm not sure what happened, but with 2 thorough cleanings of the burrs, the hopper, and the pass through of the ground beans to the catcher, I'm disappointed it's not enough to restore grind accuracy. It still works, but for the money I paid it's unfortunate this happened so soon after purchasing.

Best Coffee Grinder

This grinder is very easy to use and no messy grounds spills out. It is a no mess coffee grinder, and I would recommend this coffee grinder to anyone that loves fresh ground coffee.

A worthy investment for an excellent Burr Coffee G
