[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who seriously loves coffee but doesn’t have time for complicated rituals, the KitchenAid coffee grinder has been an absolute win in my kitchen. I want my mornings simple but satisfying, no fuss, just that rich, fresh flavor that makes the day start right. This grinder totally delivers.
Great product, but worry about longevity

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My first impressions of the grinder are very positive. It is quiet, easy to use and and probably has more features than I need to worry about for grinding coffee. However, this is my second one, because the first one died after six months of regular residential use…it started making a terrible noise and then stopped grinding altogether. I would give the product a lower star rating because of that, however coverage under warranty was quite easy and very fast. I just hope this one lasts longer.
Excellent coffee grinder at an affordable price.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a great coffee grinder: it is quiet and clean, provides very consistent grind settings, does not generate static electricity (which means that you can use the coffee right away), and allows you to grind exactly the amount of coffee needed, so you don't end up with stale ground coffee.
Simply does what it’s built for. Great design.

Quick Failure, No Warranty Help

I bought this grinder five months ago and was initially very happy with it—until it suddenly stopped working. Despite careful maintenance, a plastic tooth in the upper burr snapped, rendering it unusable. Although I registered the warranty and contacted KitchenAid, after an initial promise to send a replacement within 10 business days, I’ve been met with delays, out-of-stock excuses, and eventually no response. For a premium-priced product, this is unacceptable. KitchenAid’s poor workmanship and failure to honor their warranty have left me extremely disappointed. I now have to buy a new grinder—from a different brand—and will no longer trust or purchase KitchenAid appliances.

Absolutely love this grinder. I try to drink coffee brewed different ways during the week. Between espresso, French Press, aeropress, and pour over this is great to be able to change the grind size and amounts needed. Easy set up, super quiet too.
Could have a great grinder but fell short.

I bought this grinder about 6 months ago and I have been very happy with it for my Aeropress in French press but it isn't any good for espresso. At the find a setting of 70 if I have totally fresh Coffee beans, it is just all right but could still be a bit finer. If I have beans that are not brand new it is totally useless because the water will wash right through them. This is very disappointing because I've been very happy with this for everything else but espresso. It is very convenient and has great features. It also can be cleaned very quickly and easily. But due to the fact that I have espresso everyday, I will have to buy another grinder just for that.

I purchased this product a year and 5 months ago. I followed the cleaning process regularly. Without warning the grinding stop. I thoroughly went through the trouble shooting process. Nothing worked. I really liked the look and how quiet it was. I buy kitchenaid because of it performances. I am a little reluctant because of the cost of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this grinder for about a month. It replaced a different brand that the motor quit after 3 or 4 years. This one has more adjustments and is easier to clean. It took me a few tries to dial it in but now if is great. I really appreciate the extra features. I'm very happy with this grinder.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is the best coffee grinder we have owned. Very quiet, grinds perfectly for desired brew method, measures quantity without need for using a scoop, and it looks pretty sharp. A great appliance all around!

I love this grinder! Who say it doesn't grind fine enough for espresso? Once I adjust the inner burr/micro adjusting to 1 and can pull decent espresso from setting 63~68 depending on the beans. However, it doesn't grind coarse enough for French press in my opinion, luckily, I only use drip and espresso. I've had it for about a month, no errors, no troubles, hope it can last a few years.
Great value in home grinder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a lot of grinders over the years including commercial espresso models. I am super happy with this one. It is the neatest one I have ever used. No grounds to clean up on the counter and no static buildup. It is very quiet. Controls have a slight learning curve but work nicely. It’s the perfect home grinder and portafilter holder is a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a cheaper cuisinart grinder and I am so pleased with how quiet it is. I also haven’t gotten and of the grinds sticking to the bin like I did on the last grinder. It has a great design, a friend told me they would put it out on display on the counter all the time. The controls are intuitive and allow for lots of customization

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this grinder! It does a good job of grinding and it is so quiet as far as electric grinders go! I didn't give it 5 stars because when you remove the container after griding your beans, loose grounds fall down from the burs and make a mess. It's not a lot of grounds, but it's still kind of annoying. Overall I would recommend!
