[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced exact same make/model. This one is LOUD! Makes a lot of noise when energized. LED clock can light up our kitchen at night. Had to disable it. Otherwise, it's just a microwave. It's also been discontinued. There is one positive. On this unit the fan actually works on all 4 speeds. Out previous unit showed the 4 speeds but always stayed on one speed. Still giving it only 3 stars.

I wish the first unit had lasted longer, but this replacement is the same size, close to the same appearance, installed in the same space easily, and the touchpad is identical.

The smaller one would have been a much better pick as this one is so large it makes it difficult to see the panel at the back our new range. I do like that it's quieter than our previous model.

Couldn’t hear timer or that my meal was ready. Manually had to reset after each use. Nice flush to cabinets but too many issues.

The is no really useful documentation regarding the functions of the control panel (not even an online tutorial).. you'll have to use your best guess as to how each one works. Also there is no obvious way to enter a quick 1,2,3,4.. minute time wit automatic start. You literally have to enter "100", "200", "300", etc. and then press start to get it to heat for that number of minutes. Many other microwaves on the market have "quick entry and start" for even minutes of heating up to 6 or 7 minutes worth. very disappointing functionality for an expensive appliance.

Looks great and compliments the KitchenAid range. Surface and interior lights could be a little brighter, but you can easily change those for LED. Get dimmable compatible bulbs. This was well worth it for the look and features it offers. Very happy with the purchase
