When I first tried this shampoo and conditioner at my sister's house, I really loved it and ended up buying one for my house. This made my hair feel weird and sticky. I thought I didn’t rinse it thoroughly, so I washed my hair again and took my time rinsing it, but it made it worse. I ended up using clarifying shampoo to remove the residue from this shampoo. I totally regret it. It's very expensive too.

Horrible chemical/dish soap smell! I wanted to love it because at first glance it checks all the right boxes and smells ok, but when u use it, it leaves your hair feeling and smelling like dish soap! The smell is horrible and it makes your scalp really itchy! I would pass on this one!

Shocked by any bad review left on this. I have super dry & what I would call “sensitive hair” & my hair has thrived since using this. Everyone is different, but I love this. The smell is clean & it leaves my hair feeling great.
