Not consistent. It will work for a few weeks and then slowly your output will decrease. You can change the parts and that will improve things but again only for a little time. I saw the reviews and bought it as a primary pump. Big mistake….if I could do it all over again I would start with a better more reliable pump. As a FTM 100% do not recommend. It will give you anxiety because of how inconsistent it is. Also it gave me some nipple damage that I wasn’t aware of until I saw lactation consultant reviews where they discourage ordering any pump from Lansinoh. Now, their bags and bottles are great on the other hand. I wish I wouldn’t have followed the stellar reviews on sites like this. Check out be my breast friend for further insight. I originally bought the Spectra that everyone loves and absolutely hated it. The nipple damage that thing caused me was wild. As an exclusive pumped I would have given up if a friend didn’t give me the Lansinoh. This thing is amazing. The flanges are comfortable, the settings are great and my output doubled

It was an okay pump, until it started falling apart. I have only had it for 5 months and one of the pumps broke after two months, I made it worked as best as I could. Now the battery is giving out. This also leaks quite a bit. I reached out to the company and I feel like I am getting the runaround. This has really affected my milk supply. If you can, spend a little more on something more reliable.

I love this pump. I had a Spectra for my last baby but wanted a portable (but affordable option) this time around. There’s absolutely no difference in my output. Actually, my output is BETTER with the Lansinoh (but I’m also much less stressed this time around). While it’s not as convenient as a hands-free option, it’s very easy to carry around and it’s got a great light-weight design. I often pump in the car with no issues. I love that ALL the extra parts you might need are included with your initial purchase. This pump is such a great value!

This is the fifth pump I’ve used, just had my second baby and used a different one with my first. I received this free from my insurance and thought why not give it a try. The suction isn’t strong enough in my opinion and doesn’t drain completely- I have to hand express and use my haakaa to get everything each time. Additionally, this pump leaks more than any pump I’ve ever used (I’ve used Willow, Spectra, Medela, Haakaa) and because of the way the pump is shaped, milk pools near the hose in my experience and leaks out all over you. Don’t recommend it, and you can get way better for the price.

One of the best things about this pump is the cordless aspect, being able to re-charge at home and bring it with me to work and not be attached to an outlet is amazing. (Let's be honest not all times for pumping has an easily accessible outlet. I brought it to the fair and even the airport and it was so nice to be able to find a private area without searching for a plug in nearby! I can also say I really liked the ComfortFit flanges, I have another pump with more curved flanges but are not flexible like these. There is also an amazing app, it is able to automatically track my pumping session which saves me time and effort, which I really appreciate. There are multiple suction levels and patterns so I can customize literally everything. I found it easy to figure out what worked for me with the settings. The best part....I CAN PUMP DIRECTLY INTO STORAGE BAGS!

As a mom who was using three other pumps for three different needs, I can honestly say this replaces all three of those. Being able to pump without being hooked up to the wall is essential to maximizing any free time I'm able to get. This pump is super comfortable and the fact that they include three sizes of flanges is so convenient, especially if you're expecting to pump right after giving birth. The machine is tiny and I am able to put it right in the little insulated bag that comes with the pump, along with the bottles and the flanges, until I have milk in them of course. I love that there aren't that many pieces to clean. To make it all better, using the app has been so insightful and has helped me get into a rhythm where I am producing more milk and still able to be productive doing other things. Overall, a great value for the price and it includes everything you need, unlike more expensive brands. The pump was very easy to use! I am the type of person to try to figure out something before reading, and I was able to figure it out on my own! I did double check the manual just in case. I love being able to pump whenever, wherever! I use my pump mostly on my work breaks/lunches in my car. I also pump while traveling. I received this product as part of the Stellar Testing Panel.

I received this product as part of the stellar product testing panel. I have two toddlers and a newborn. All of my kiddos are breast feed and I have pumped for all of them when I returned to work, so I am very familiar with pumping. I was excited to try this pump, but was extremely disappointed. There are many pros to this pump. The pros of the pump are that it is lightweight and portable so you can get work done while you pump. I would recommend buying a hands free nursing bra so you have your hands free as well. I also like that this comes with all the parts needed to get started. I has three different sized flanges and the instruction manual explains how to measure yourself to ensure the right fit. It is really easy to set up and use immediately. Comes with 4 bottles to pump into which is extremely helpful a reusable ice pack and cooler. The flanges are also extremely comfortable to use and wash easily. The cons of the pump, there is no light on the pump itself so you will need to have a night light near by if you are pumping at night. The pump has multiple suctions levels which is fantastic and it is extremely customizable but unfortunately I barely was able to pump any milk at all. There are many good features of this pump, but it didn’t work for me in terms of getting my milk out. Typically I am able to get at least 4-5oz per breast when pumping

I was gifted two popular pumps by well-meaning friends, and neither of them compares to the Lansinoh Smartpump 3.0. This pump is phenomenal for first-time moms who need something easy and portable. I need size 28 flanges, which aren’t the most common size. Luckily this pump comes with three sizes (25mm, 28mm, and 30.5mm), so I was able to use it right out-of-the-box! The best part, in my opinion, is simply the fact that it’s easy to use. You just push the power button and the default settings are perfectly comfortable to do a complete pumping session without having to read a manual or fiddle with suction settings. I think it works fast without painful levels of suction. True, there are pump models available that are more portable, but this one is cordless and lightweight making it perfectly acceptable to take to work or travel with. The app turned out to be godsend since I couldn’t be bothered to keep track of my pumping schedule or quantities. This little powerhouse of a pump surprised me! This is my third baby, I’ve used all kinds of pumps from hospital grade & down, & this is a fantastic option that I’d recommend & bit it. (I received this for testing as part of Stellar Product testing Panel) It’s tiny & lightweight, very easily transported - it actually fit into my purse to go to work. It’s very customizable - between speed/rhythm & power adjustments I could get exactly what I needed for both let down & feeding. I’ve used it in the car while traveling & it’s amazing how much easier it is to have a small pump than finding enough perch space for a large one. Having multiple flanges ended up being incredibly useful - I learned that I need two sizes depending on when I pumped which has changed my evening pump from painful to no problem. (Again - this is my third kid! I had no idea.)

I was given this breast pump to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am a busy mom of two and wish I had this pump with my first! I nurse and pump about 50/50, so it’s important to me to have a durable and effective pump. I really like this pump because it’s light weight, portable, and “smart.” I love how small it is compared to my insurance provided plug into the wall breast pump. This pump will be especially helpful when I go back to work and travel - everything you need for a pumping session fits in the lunch box sized bag provided. The bag itself is black so it’s discreet too. I wasn’t sure what to expect for a cordless pump, but was impressed by the strong suction. I also like the ability to customize the suction level for a comfortable milk expression. I like to change the suction level each time I pump because what feels comfortable depends on a variety of factors including time of day, how long it’s been since I’ve last pumped/nursed, or how sore I may be (e.g. biting, clogged ducts, etc.). Thankfully, there were also three different flange sizes to choose from. I find measuring can be difficult for me, so actually testing each size to determine which one feels best was great. The instructions for setting up, sterilizing, and using were clear and straightforward. The accompanying app and Bluetooth technology to help track pumping and feeding sessions is so helpful too. It’s great to see just how much time I’ve put into pumping and the amount of milk I’ve pumped! I would have loved having this feature when I was pumping/nursing with my first child. When I first paired my pump with the app, there was a strange date error for my first few pumping sessions when I viewed synch notifications - dating was listed as December 2019. I absolutely love the ability to pause and restart a session. No more mental math trying to remember how much longer I have if I needed to step away and restart a session. I’m also a fan of the backlight making it easy to see how long I’ve been pumping when I’m pumping in a darker room with my sleeping baby.

I liked that this pump is way more portable than others, though not as discreet as some since the flanges don’t fit into a bra/shirt. The pump is pretty intuitive, it’s nice to have so many suction options. Overall a good choice for portability! Thanks Stellar Panel for sending this!

First off, the suction on this pump (as long as you have the correct size flange) is amazing. Honestly, one of the best I have used and I have used many pumps - spectra, medela, willow, etc. The interface is very user friendly, the suction is strong and I can do a full pump in about half the amount of them and get the same results (which is amazing)! However, the only downfall is there are a lot of pieces to clean and keep track of. I would definitely recommend this pump if your goal is to keep a full pump is less time and your okay to clean lots of pumps. I would also recommend this pump over medela and spectra. Just ensure you get the correct flange size.

This pump is great! They have everything you need right out of the box. I found it super helpful that they included 3 different size flanges in the kit because as someone with two different size flange needs I usually have to buy an extra size up separately. The portability is very helpful if you need to use your pump on the go— I pump on my way to work and dropping off/picking up my kiddos from daycare, so not having to be plugged into a wall is a must for me! It isn’t really convenient for pumping and walking around and doing house chores— it isn’t quite that portable due to tubing and the size of the pump body— but still allows for a lot of freedom in other ways. Favorite features: •I especially appreciate how easy it is to disassemble/reassemble for cleaning the pumping parts, since cleaning happens often. •The flanges are comfortable with a soft ring around the outer edges of the flange. •I found the feature that counts how long you’ve been pumping to be particularly helpful as I always forget to keep track of when I started or have to pause my sessions to tend to my toddler. •The customizable pumping speed and suction are nice because I can really tune into what works for my body to get the most milk out in the sessions. Overall I think this pump is a winner if you are pumping often. I pump 6-10 times a day and find it to be helpful in my breastfeeding journey. I received this breast pump from Stellar Product Testing Panel. I primarily nurse my 8 month old son, but during working hours I need to pump while I’m away from him. Prior to this product, I used a wearable pump because I felt like it was the most convenient. I have also used a plug-in electric pump and a portable pump. Overall, I really appreciate this pump’s pumping styles and settings. In addition to suction strength, you can also customize the suction “style” or length. Pumping can be a lot of trial and error so I really like having plenty of settings to play around with in order to find the right combination for my needs. I was able to express around the same amount of milk as my primary pump. I also loved how many items came with this product- lots of things you might normally have to purchase separately (extra parts, bottles, cooper bag). One area of improvement for this product is the flange size assortment that is included. I’ve spent a ton of time researching and getting fitted for flange size, and lots of online research will tell you that women tend to use flanges that are much too large for them. The flange sizes 25, 28 and 30 just seem entirely too large for the average pumper. I use a 19 insert on my primary pump, so using the 25 flange for this pump felt way too large. It also seemed wasteful to have to dispose of the 2 larger flanges because they really are well made and substantial. I would suggest that Lansinoh make a product update where a purchaser can select their flange size when ordering. A wider selection of flange sizes would ensure every pumper can express milk most efficiently. Overall I would recommend this product to a new or seasoned pumper. The quality of the parts is high and the usability is intuitive. I haven’t used the app, but I am excited to try that out as well to help make the pumping experience even easier.

I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I love the concept of a rechargeable breast pump that you can take with you on the go. As a working mom this has been a lifesaver. Not only is it convenient but it is cordless and compact! You can literally take it with you everywhere and pump anywhere. My 10 minute drive home to work and from work I spend pumping. I also pump an additional two or three times throughout my shift. The cordless design allows me to pump in comfort and in a place that I feel comfortable. The parts and pieces are very easy to use and clean. It has multiple flange sizes included so you can find your perfect fit. It is very comfortable as well because you can also control the power of the suction and the pattern to help mimic nursing. I found that the multiple settings help encourage the let down of milk. The silicone around the flange, offers a nice and comfortable seal. I am able to pump a good amount of milk.

I have two beautiful boys, and I have been an overproducer with both of them. With my 7-month-old this has also been paired with some feeding issues, so pumping has been key for my comfort and great to build up my stash for when I went back to work. So when I was given this breast pump to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel I was happy to have the opportunity to go with a new pump! I like many things about this pump. Firstly, I loved what came in the box; 3 sizes of flanges, an extra set of diaphragms and valves, 4 bottles, and even a nipple for feeding. I am not a first-time pumper, but I think this sets you up well if you are a first-time pumper. After the initial charge of the unit, it meant that I could use this pump wherever I wanted, which is good as I like to be comfortable when I'm pumping and that normally means I am not near an outlet. It was really easy to use and I also liked that it can be connected to the app. I am a little obsessive about tracking things so this comes really in handy especially when I'm in a rush and forget to note the time when I started to pump, the app will track this for me as long as it is connected. It will also store sessions when you are not connected so you can still get the data when you next connect the pump to the app. The different suction styles are a nice touch too. This allows you to try and get as close to your baby's sucking style as possible. I think this helped me to express more effectively. The breast flanges are nice and comfortable and easy to get the correct position of your nipple inside them. Having different sizes to choose from means it's less likely you will need to order extras to get the right fit. The biggest thing that I found to be the downside to this pump was the tubing and the stopper it has if you only want to pump one side at a time. This is a little flimsy and meant that there were a few occasions that I would easily knock this loose leading to a loss of suction. But when using the pump on both sides together the tubing connections on the pump parts were much better and stayed connected very well. This was the biggest reason why I didn't give this pump 5 stars. There are also a lot of parts that are a little tricky to clean but then again this is pretty much the same for most pumps I have seen.
