Someone used & returned this item. Should have known better when I was looking it up last night and it said only 1 remaining. Missing LED charging cord. Packaging was ripped and it appears that there is either nail or lash glue on mirror. Why do the order pickers not check these things before filling and completing the orders?

Light not working
As a desk mirror it’s fine, but I had the same experience as another- ordered for pick up and when I plugged it in the light would not go off/dim so it just ran out of battery and turned off after a few hours. Tried charging it again and it won’t even turn on now. Hoping to exchange since I can’t use the “Fix an issue” on the app for it for some reason.

Nice mirror for the price
I bought this mirror for myself. It was in the bath department. Even though there was a plastic film on the front it was still dirty. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't tell you when it's all charged.It still stays red the button. Other than that it's fine especially for the price. And the mirror is the biggest one I could find and the price was great. I needed to put different creams on my face so that I can see where my face is red and where to apply the cream. Not a bad purchase for the price. Others were way expensive and didn't have big mirrors like this one does.

Was great while it worked!
I’ve had this mirror for about a year now and it worked great for awhile. All the sudden I plugged it in to charge and it will not turn on at all. Don’t waste your money.

Doesnt work
Doesn’t light up, even after charging. I picked up another just like it while in store and know how the light is supposed to turn on, but the one I purchased doesn’t work. I plugged it in to charge thinking that was the issue, and the circle glows red until it’s fully charged and then glows white. Still doesn’t work and doesn’t light up. I will be returning

The mirror is shipped with a plastic film over the face of it, which left at gooey residue that was hard to remove. After multiple rounds of Goo Gone and Dawn dish soap, I was able to remove it. Works fine, but a major inconvenience. For the price, you’d expect a little more care would be put into its production.

Good Product, But I Have My Qualms…
For context, I have previously purchased an older version of this product. I absolutely loved it. Pretty long lasting battery life, the adjustable brightness settings, and the pretty decent price. It was perfect for what I needed it for. I ended up needing to buy a second one (not because the other one stopped working, but because it was just better to have a second one). I’m sure this newer model is just as good. Now, my qualms with it: 1) I bought the older version a year ago and it was $16. If there’s no virtual difference between the two (which there doesn’t seem to be), I essentially paid ~$10 more for the same product. Look, I understand inflation and stuff, and the apparent need to raise prices sometimes…but as a consumer, it’s a little annoying. 2) Upon receiving the product, the protective film got sticky residue all over the mirror (which resulted in me spending ~20 minutes removing the residue with rubbing alcohol). I hope that’s not standard, and was just a personal experience. Otherwise, the product was in good condition. Overall, for most people in the market for an LED mirror, this will fit the bill. It’s not too large and bulky like other ones out there (making it more travel-friendly), the three brightness settings are a good feature, and the battery life is pretty alright (although might be too short for people who spend hours on their makeup). I just wish the price was a little lower (maybe closer to $20, perhaps?).
