I am surprised with the new purchase on this QLED TV with its thin size for spacing and excellent graphic and performance.

Lovely TV with good colour and clarity. The sound is a bit tinny and a sound bar will help improve it. The remote is poorly designed as it doesn't have a mute button (but has other buttons for rarely used functions). The voice prompt is a bit miss and go sometimes.

This TV was advertised to have MiniLED backlighting, promising 'Advanced Local Dimming'. This is false and is certainly not the case. This TV appears to be edge-lit, with only 6 horizontal dimming zones and ZERO vertical zones — definitely not advanced — meaning there are ONLY six vertical columns in the TV that turn on and off in dark parts of a scene — terrible compared to the hundreds and even thousands in other TVs of similar caliber. This means the TV provides black levels not nearly as good as advertised and definitely not as expected from a TV that throws the term 'MiniLED' at you. It's a shame, because the TV is great, 4K@120Hz over HDMI 2.1, HDR, good AI upscaling, good OS, but isn't worth the premium over a standard LED with local dimming in my opinion. You should NOT pay a premium for this TV over other LG models unless you want a high display refresh rate.

Good functionality and features, but shame about the minimilastic remote which doesn't really work, however, the downloaded mobile phone renote is much better. And, there is no satisfactory manual. These two aspects let down a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to with this LG 65 inch QNED TV because we wanted a TV that was lightweight (and could be mounted on wheels), thin, and fit our busy yet aesthetic kitchen space. Between Cooking classes, parties, and hosting friends, having a TV thats bright and easy to see from different angles was important. Sound is suprisingly full without the need of additional speakers so this TV was perfect for our needs. The slim design also means that it doesnt take up a lot of space, which works great for our usage during cooking classes and allows Chef to move about freely...again, this TV on wheels is the perfect setup. I mention it in this video but the remote has such a cool feature that adds a cursor to the screen wherever you are pointing it--super intuitive and honestly wish I had this sooner. Just a few clicks and I was good to go. The input response feels incredibly snappy when gaming, and the picture quality is crisp with deep blacks and vibrant colors. Games look fantastic, even fast-paced ones. I’ve also used it a handful of times as a large secondary monitor for my computer, and the text is sharper than I expected for a screen this size. Its like having 4 monitors in one. The built-in smart apps work good, though I mostly run everything through my console or PC. Overall, it’s been a great upgrade for both entertainment and productivity. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a versatile screen that handles gaming just as well as streaming or casual use. We definitely needed an upgrade and this one has all the features and apps that you would need especially for all the shows you like to watch. I also love that it has a fitness feature and a Music listening feature if you just want to workout or just listen to music. The size is perfect for us and it makes it feel like we’re in a movie theater when we’re watching movies at night and I also love that you can adjust the brightness and volume levels. Another Cool added detail as you can adjust the coloring on the screen if you want to look more movie style, which I thought was a really cool feature. You have access to pretty much any smart app you could possibly want, as well as access to over 350 free LG channels (and that's an adventure of it's own). There are SO MANY cool features with this TV like filmmaker mode (the tv automatically detects when you're watching a movie and changes the screen to reflect how a filmmaker would want you to view it..so cool!) and the AI-picture wizard (not sure of exact name, but essentially, you choose your favorite photos from a series of photos to help the TV determine your ideal picture settings..it adjusts everything from color to sharpness to tone to YOUR liking going forward). The remote can function as a regular remote (W/ preset buttons for smart apps) AND has smart tech so you can point it at the screen and have a cursor on the screen that you move just by moving the remote. Sound is fantastic, soundbar is not necessary (but only optional). Wifi connectivity is easy to do. It claims to be super energy efficient.

I turned off the light to test the TV colour, and it’s perfect for me. The image quality is bright, colourful, and looks real. The sound speaker is really loud and clear. I only turn its volume around 5 or 6. TV looks luxury with the thin design as well.

Especially now I can sit far away for the screen. My favourite feature about this tv is lg has a bunch of channels that are free to watch. The free channels include kids programs which is great if you don't have heaps of streaming services.
