Admittedly, this is to replace a very old TV, but the picture is great, webOS is really easy to use and the magic remote makes it very intuitive. The automatic control of my AV amp via eARC (standby / volume) is the icing on the cake.

Have had TV for less than 3 months and it is already faulty. Turns it self off, changes back to Home hub without touching remote, locks up and then turns off - disgraceful performance for a brand new model OLED, have lodged a repair request.

Only setting we didnt think was as good was sports, just wasn't as clear as we'd like but looked great on other settings. Overall this is a win!

Loved how much more I could see rewatching movies with darker scenes or gaming. The remote is hard to get used to as a cursor and it sometimes activates if you wave it around. But I love that you can alternatively use their app as well. Sound is pretty good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Image quality is excellent, wide viewing angle is superb (the main reason I bought it) Terrestrial and Satellite TV are both excellent, as is the Ethernet interface and pairing. On-screen user interface is not so good, far too much unwanted clutter rising to the top and getting in the way, and not helped by a counter-intuitive remote control. I'm using an external full surround sound system, so have never tried the internal speakers.

I am very happy with the picture etc, but have still not been able to sort out some other things eg linking some other devices. I have had huge problems getting the tv set up with a soundbar and virgin box, and have had to call on others to help me. The tv is far too smart for this almost 80 Yr old!

The LG C5 is brighter and better in every way! This TV has many connectivity options, with 4 HDMI, Apple AirPlay, and even Google Cast! The picture quality is unmatched! I did preview the speakers on the TV and they do get pretty loud! But I ultimately hooked up a soundbar for the Dolby Atmos pass through!

I like that you can select a variety of sound levels to get the best use out of your television , you can also adjust for it being on a stand or if you wall mounted it, there are many features you have with this television from Ai , built in apps with lots of content from tv programmes to movies etc if you don’t connect a television service provider you still have lots to see. The magic remote is very simple to use and has the quick connect buttons to Netflix , Prime Video, Disney etc. You can select the timer to save energy if your watching tv at night and prone to falling asleep this will automatically turn the television off should you fall asleep or great for cutting back on tv time or if you want it to appear your still home for a while . You can also adjust the sound settings and eye care mode can dim the screen, you have screen off which still plays the audio but turns the screen black , just push any button to return to the audio being played. It’s so simple to set up and connect straight out the box to your devices through 4 x HDMi sockets. It had features like chatbot or accessibility menu to offer a variety of options to make it easier for you to use.
