I've had this watch for a couple weeks now. I love that it is stylish, easy to change the watch bands, and easy to use. I can wear it 4-5 days before recharging - which is an excellent feature. I especially love that the brightness can be changed for easy viewing on summer days. Love, love, love it!

I love the long battery life and easy to read screen. It's stylish enough not to look like a tracker. I do having Support for naps, but I love all the other features so far.

Wate of money, garmin customer service is terrible

Tina - 9 days ago
Watch was good until it wasn’t! After only a week of having the watch it started freezing and not responding for a few moments at random. Contacted garmin support and they wanted a video of the issue which was so hard to get because most the time my phone isn’t on me to take a video. They said to wait a couple weeks and take a video then get back to them if it kept happening, I wasn’t able to get video until after the return window closed. I reached out anyways and they would not help until I showed a video. Finally was able to send video and now they want me to download a garmin software on a computer that I don’t have to send a folder over. Garmin has to have the WORST customer service and it seems like they will jump through hoops before they warranty their products! I really did prefer this over my Apple Watch but based off customer service I don’t think it’s worth the money. Like I said it started only a week after I received my watch so it’s not like I was looking to replace a 6 month old watch for a brand new one nor did I ask for a refund.

I wanted a new fitness tracker that was smaller to fit my slim wrists. The Garmin Lily 2 is PERFECT. Super cute colors, exact fit I hoped for, and customizable. It had all the features, plus more, that I wanted. Overall, I am very happy I took a chance and tried this one. Thanks!

Pretty Good

Nice attractive smartwatch. Only drawbacks are: 1. Battery Life is about 5 days. I don't know if its because of notifications, swim mode or what. Just seems it drains quick. 2. Watch band that it came is is a bit small, so I'll have to get something else. Bumps and redness, if I don't take it off for awhile. They want you to wear it an inch above your wrist, I think I just need a slightly different band. All in all not a bad watch.

Let down

I did some research before purchasing the Lily 2 and thought it would be better than the Apple Watch. It was not. It would not light up when I flipped my wrist to look at the time, I would have to press the “home” button multiple times for the screen to light up and it was not tracking accurately either. I ended up sending it back. I did like the look and size of it though and would try again if the features mentioned above were better.

I like the look and fit of the watch. I am finding the app difficult to navigate and learn to do some of the things I did easily on my Fitbit.

I switched from for bit and was very happy with design and features. If Garlmin will eventually design the same watch with a better quality screen I will be the first in line to get it. Otherwise this watch made me Garmin fan forever.

Go with a more expensive one

I bought this watch a few months ago and it was great! Then over the past 3 months it started getting bad and not working as well. I went on a long walk with my friend and she has a more expensive Garmin watch. We started them at the same time and hers was a mile a head of my watch the entire time. This is not the first time this has happened. The charge has gotten worse over time having to charge it more than expected. Very upset because I love Garmin and just wish I would’ve bought a nicer one!

I would recommend using the Connected GPS features on your Lily 2 watch. Additional information about that is available on our website at this link: http://ms.spr.ly/6427sDQ8F If issues persist, please get in touch with our support team at the following link: http://ms.spr.ly/6428sDQ82? -MR

Beautiful small and lightweight

It's so small, compared to other smart watches, so lightweight that you hardly know you are wearing a watch. It's sleek and elegant, features are wonderful, I especially like the body battery and the watch itself has a amazing battery life. My only complaint is the limited watch faces, no floral or seasonal designs to personalize your watch, only generic industrial designs with no color variations.

I bought this watch a couple weeks ago as a replacement for another smart watch. I REALLY didn't like the way that watch looked. The battery was horrible, and I wasn't able to wear it at night to monitor my sleep. I liked using it to track my workouts and steps but I didn't really care for the app. I absolutely love the way the Lily 2! I love the way it looks and the size of the watch itself! I felt like the other watch was too big and bulky. I like the Garmin app and all of the health tracking it does. It has a great battery, and I can wear it for up to 5 days without charging it! The sleep tracking has been awesome and really helping me figure out what my body needs. The one function that stands out that I didn't think I would miss is not being able to answer text from the Lily 2. It isn't a game changer but it is something that I will look into more when I upgrade the Lily 2!

First Garmin purchase

I've had both Apple Watch and Fitbit. I like the way Fitbit tracks and can do challenges better than Apple. So when I started looking for a new tracker, I wanted something similar. I'm not a pre programmed workout person. I'm a lets hula hoop, jump rope, waist twist board, Go for a walk person. I have very small wrist. My Lilly 2 doesn't overwhelm my wrist like Apple Watch . It looks like a real watch and less out of place with mice clothes.doing the step challenges helps keep me motivated.

Stylish Tech that...keeps up with my life

The Garmin Lily 2 is the perfect mix of style and smarts. It looks more like a chic watch than a fitness tracker, making it easy to wear from workouts to nights out. Despite its stylish design, it packs a punch—tracking heart rate, sleep, stress, hydration, and more. I especially love the women’s health features and gentle wellness reminders. Battery life lasts around 5 days, and while the screen could be easier to see in bright light, the overall experience is seamless and empowering. Stylish, functional, and thoughtfully designed—this watch truly supports my lifestyle.

Have had this for a couple weeks now. It frequently doesn’t register when I try to push the button. It doesn’t light up to show the time when I move my wrist, I have to wake it up manually. It frequently just doesn’t register my sleep which was a main reason I purchased. Don’t love it so far.
