I can't get pass the smell even if I find it super hydrating to my very frizzy hair.

I almost didn't try it because of all the negative reviews. It works great for me the one exception is instead of skipping 2 days between shampoos sometimes I need to wash every other day...no big deal. I have graying, color treated naturally frizzy hair. It cleanses well. I use the shampoo, conditioner and leave in treatment, detangler if I'm blow drying. I use Kenra air dry styler and the combo leaves me frizz free, wavy shiny hair. Truly, the products are better than most I've tried the past few years. Will purchase again. It may be a bit heavy combined with conditioner for those with fine/thin hair.

Great product. Takes a little getting used to. It appears watery, but it is not. Rub between hands then apply. Super clean product. Love it!!!!

I got the travel size set to try out the products in this line and was excited about it. Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment. While I did enjoy the scent I was offput by the thin, watery consistency of the product. The first time I used this I also used the other products in the line that came in the set. The result was okay. Not exceptional but, not bad at all either. Then I tried with just the shampoo and conditioner. Woah, it turned my hair completely dry like straw! That ridiculously paste thick conditioner in the line could not do anything to help how much the "restorative" shampoo stripped my hair. I was shocked. Went back to Biolage and threw the 'poo/conditioner away. I like Jennifer Aniston but, not her hair care line. We are on a permanent break!

I purchase this on a whim/durning a sale. So happy! I have hi-lighted hair-this makes it soft, smells amazing and as I age only wash my hair 2 times weekly and this keeps my hair fresh, holds style- use with cond & thickening spray👍🏻

Love this! I use the shampoo, conditioner and detangler. It leaves my hair feeling soft and clean. It has a faint lemon peel smell. I always buy it when it's on sale : )

Is it me or does this shampoo pour out too fast and when I only pour a little slowly, it doesn't lather my hair enough unless I use a lot.

I really like this line of products and plan to buy again. My hair if pretty fine and I normally use products for thickening. This is not but it still seems to leave my hair with a wonderful feel. I did also buy their spray for after shampoo/conditioner and really like the set of 3. I highly recommend trying it. I started with a sample kit. 4 products at $45.00

leave in treatment, deep conditioner AND sculpting paste. will NOT buy ANY OF IT again. does not moisturize. my hair. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I so wanted to love this as I am a big fan of her Detaingler and leave in conditioner, but the shampoo is not a favorite. First, there is no pretty smell and Second, it made my hair way too greasy. Sorry Jen! D

As someone with a sensitive scalp, seriously so many chemicals in shampoos make my hair shed, I am so thrilled to find this! I read the ingredient list and didn't notice anything concerning. I still hesitated for a while, but finally tried it. I LOVE the scent and makes my hair feel so clean, soft, and shiny…. And does not make it shed or dry out my scalp! I have other shampoos i have to work in and finish but my favorite wash days are when i use this. Can hardly wait to finish everything else and only use this!! If you are used to products with hair coating chemicals you might need to use this several times befire seeing the best results. It has to cut through all of that before it can penetrate the hair shaft and nourish and hydrate the hair. Unless you have a horrible allergic type reaction give it a couole of weeks if it doesnt seem great at first.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lolavie!!! I bought a 4 pc sampler at Ulta and went right back for a huge bottle of the restorative shampoo and the leave-in condish. It's pricey stuff so, I suggest trying it with a sampler 1st. My hair is very long and silver. It's dry and frizzy and getting more brittle with age. Lotsa broken ends but Lolavie turned it into a soft fest. It actually has movement now. Oh, the big pump bottle is a good investment! Lolavie shampoo is very concentrated. You really only need one pump. Lotsa lather. The big bottle is probably gonna last me a year. Love it.

I was really hopeful that this brand would live up to all the hype. Unfortunately, I am not really impressed with the results I had on my fine/straight hair. Not worth the price.

I think I like it. I say that because when i wash my hair, it feels "squeaky". I thought I was stripping it at first. However, the conditioner brings the softness back.
