Q: Someone explain how they get to 4 net carbs??

A: When you are calculating carbs in foods that contain sugar alcohols (allulose), you subtract their amount along with the fiber to get the net carbs. In this case, the allulose is 10g and the fiber is 1g. So 10g plus 1g from 15g carbs is 4g net carbs. Most nutrition labels show the sugar alcohols (there are many different ones). Here they are showing them in a separate area. It is very confusing.

It is nasty! Doesn’t taste like cereal, more like solidified baby milk powder. It is not good. I recommend going for another high protein cereal brand.

I originally brought this for my grand kids. They ate it without hesitation & asked for more. So its kid approved. I liked the cereal but I wasn't crazy about it like I expected to be. The flavors were OK. The texture was a little too hardened and kinda got stuck in our teeth, so much so that I had to use a tooth pick after eating a bowl. I purchased a bundle of 6 boxes and got an additional box of fruity for 5 bucks. I will not be eating the peanut butter cuz It did not get a good rating on my Yukes app.However I loved the grain free granola Almond Honey, I think. I won't be ordering more cuz I found the grocery store to be a bit cheaper. If I find a like cereal at a cheaper price I'll stop buying Majic Spoons altogether.

The chocolate is to die for and the vanilla goes so well with the chocolate and the mix is just perfect I love it so much! Which I understand is a strange thing to say, but this really tastes like "generic sweet cereal". If there are graham, chocolate, or marshmallow flavors, I've lost them entirely. If you blind folded yourself and tried this, I imagine you might catch the chocolate but good luck otherwise? The magic spoon chocolate does tend to fall on the darker slightly more bitter side, so I suspect whatever marshmallow flavor was added counterbalanced it to make... Nothing. It's strange. It's not bad, it's just not good, and as a crazy s'mores flavored everything lover, it was just disappointing because I panic ordered quite a bit. Adding sugar free s'mores coffee syrup to the milk helps, so it's not unsalvageable but I wonder what happened, here.

I really like this. It's not overly sweet. It is, however, slightly greasy tasting to me. But I still really enjoy it (and that is eating it straight out of the box...might not have this effect with milk).
