The top is also wide enough for me to reach in and scoop when needed. The seal is also very air tight so I don’t have to worry about moisture getting in. Very happy with my new storage.

The latch is easy to open but seals tightly, keeping everything fresh with a solid airtight closure. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mason jar is HUGE! It is 3.5 liters, but I didn’t anticipate how large it would be until I received it. You can fit so much in here: cookies, utensils, cereal, pretzels/chips, various pastas, and more! I was able even to fit spaghetti noodles in it without breaking the noodles AND was able to clamp it shut without issue. The product is dishwasher safe, and the glass seems of good quality. There are markings along the side of the jar that act as measurements, which is a nice addition. The clamp itself is very sturdy, and almost a bit difficult to unclamp, which I like. There is a rubber gasket around the lid which keeps it airtight. My one critique is that the lid just hangs when open and there is no real resistance, so if you don’t open it gently, the lid might flip open hard. I’d be a bit worried of scratching/breaking the glass. It’s nothing I can’t work with, however! Overall, I highly recommend this jar. It seals well, seems durable, and holds a ton of product. I will continue to keep it on my kitchen island and use it to store a variety of pantry goods.

I put beans in mine as you can see. The wide opening allows me to scoop up the beans I need easily. They were not a hassle to clean either. One of the jars became loose for some reason and does not clamp closed tightly. I need to try and tighten the latch to see if that helps. Otherwise they work as intended. They’re easy to transport even though they are a large size. I love this addition to my kitchen. Received these for free in exchange for a review.
