DRY DRY DRY! Does not even make a glide! Tried this several times, cause I thought the first one was dried out.....nope guess again!! THIS PRODUCT WAS THE WORSE PRODUCT I EVER BOUGHT! REFUND PLEASE!

My go-to that STAYS ON!
This eyeliner is the ONLY eyeliner that doesn’t run under my eyes. I have oily skin. As I’ve gotten older, for whatever reason, my mascara and eyeliner started to run every time I worn makeup. That was until I found this little gem! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Doesn't work, from the minute I opened the package.
I wish I had read the reviews first. The product does not come out when you twist. The contents are just (loudly!) rattling around inside the tube.

Good for waterline application
This is the only eyeliner I have tried that works it stays on pretty long and it glides right on the waterline with no problems pretty dark. I wish it lasted longer though.

Best tight lining eyeliner!
I love this eyeliner to tight line. It is so skinny I can get it right in my eyelashes. It’s great! I’m older 56 and I don’t use too much eyeliner anymore. But I do like to tight line and this eyeliner is perfect for that! I have both the black and brown.

Awful! Doesn’t twist
I’ve bought two of these and neither will twist up! I yhought maybe the first was a fluke, but it won’t twist! I’ve read directions, followed and even looked up online. This is ridiculous.

Absolute crap!
If you can actually twist this pencil out of the tube and apply it to your eyes without it crumbling into tiny pieces then you are a genius! I can’t believe that Maybelline actually made this garbage.
